Next building has been construction on so very noisy and check out time 12pm even maid waiting outside of my room for I get out. Also WiFi really low speed so couldn’t work Service is totally so so.

전체적으로 만족했던 호텔 직원들은 친절하며 영어소통원할하고 객실은 넓고 10월말이지만 춥지않았습니다. 캡슐커피를 매일3개씩 조달해줘서 좋았어요 전시장이가까워 전시참가자로서 매년 이호텔을 이용하고싶습니다. 전시기간이라서인지 몰라도 밤늦게 돌아다녀도 큰위협은 없는것같았습니다. 다좋았어요. 전시장바로앞건물내에 큰마트가있어ᆢᆢ필요한거 다살수가있었어요ᆢ신라면도 사와먹었어요 .

The room was clean, the staff were nice and helpful, the hotel is being renovated and it could be noisy during the day, the breakfast was OK but could be improved.

Excelente hotel! Lo unico es que x el momento esta bajo remodelacion la parte del sauna y del restaurant, asi que eso representa unos cuantos inconvenientes, pero de ahi en fuera, todo excelente!

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days. Best choice ever, quiet neighborhood, the staff was super nice and had great communication. Great location for shopping, dining and to engage with the local culture. I'll be back next time I come to visit Mexico City.

Buena opción si vienes al DF por algunos días. Las habitaciones son como pequeños departamentos con todo lo necesario para vivir y cocinar durante tu estancia. Además la ubicación del inmueble es inmejorable dentro de la Nápoles. Tiene cerca super mercados y restaurantes.

Todo estuvo excelente el servicio, la atención, solamente le cambiaríamos las escaleras por que estan muy pequeñas y peligrosas

Me gusta mucho el trato y la comida del restaurante. Creo que las habitaciones en general están bien pero ya necesitan mucho mantenimiento.

El primer cuarto que me dieron olía terrible, y aunque saben que tienen el problema desde hace mucho tiempo, al día de hoy no han hecho nada para corregirlo, por lo anterior me cambiaron de cuarto el cual me gustó mucho, sin embargo en ambos cuartos las almohadas son malísimas!!!! Fue muy desagradable despertar con dolor de oídos y cabeza por esta razón, no se puede entender que no pongan el más mínimo de a esta situación

Lo único que no me agradó es que había una leve fuga en el area del baño. No sé veía de dónde provenía pero se hacía un charco cerca del lavabo y podría resultar inseguro

The staff was lovely, the building was clean and in a nice, safe location. I really loved the layout of the hotel, the size of my room and the comfy bed. The roof top deck was really nice as well. My only complaint was the shower water was not warm or hot. I did enjoy a very hot jacuzzi though, so there’s definitely hot water on site, just not in the rooms? I was in and out pretty quick so it was ok for my stay but it is a shame about the showers because everything else was great.
