Pretty Good. Some renovations going on. Not a lot of staff. Very quiet - nice.

The stay was okay. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good although the food was one that fresh. Tables could be wiped better as well. It was not busy so that maybe explains the food. We’d stay again for sure

The hotel is doing some construction. While that may be inconvenient, it is good to see the property being maintained. Next time I would ask to be placed away from the pop machine and ice machine as both were very noisy, otherwise the room was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and the gentleman tending that area was very pleasant and helpful as well as the front desk.

Although the property was under renovation, I feel that people on the most part were kind and helpful. However, there were things that needed attention, ie, the TV remote, and the back door closest to the room was not accessible. Although given a key, the door was stuck from the outside.

Overall the hotel offers good value. Staff were accommodating and friendly. The room had a nice decor. Breakfast choices were plentiful. Air conditioning worked well. Pool was enjoyed. Nothing fancy but checked all the boxes for a week long stay. Look forward to returning.

A very convenient location. Good and staff were great The bathroom sink and tub need changing out. Very hard to work with- and the tub is slippery

The air conditioning wasn’t working during my 4 night stay.

Our room was very spacious. Generally clean. They had some construction going on (happy to see they are working on improvements). So expect improvements in the future.

Staff at the desk and breakfast were excellent. Property is under construction in the restaurant lounge area. We would have liked to have a drink and dinner there.Maybe it will be done next time. Clean the corners out good in the bathroom. Otherwise things were clean.

King size bed was excellent. Totally enjoyed the pool and breakfast was fabulous. Good value for the money

Check in was easy . Staff very helpful

There is no restaurant like advertised, the pool is colder than lake superior. The door to the outside was screwed shut. Not one chamber maid to be found to get towels. Only employee we loved was the breakfast cook at the breakfast nook. He was awesome!!

The room was very nice!

My reservations weren’t correct. They were for the 15th not the 14th and they charge me for one day and I’m very upset Expedia. I will not be using you again and the breakfast buffet was OK but they didn’t not carry decaf coffee and they did have fake sugar though no more.

The staff here were super accommodating helping us check in early and holding our bags when we checked out!!
