Except for the staffs, the hotel was just a mediocre one. Booked a suite but was given two smaller rooms because of the water leakage(?). The towels were placed on the sink and there were no place to hang the towels. The water coming out from the shower was very very weak.

my gf and i stayed on penthouse floor. everything was alright at first, but bout 10:30 pm, there was very loud noise like giant stepping on the rooftop and it continued like more than an hour, of course we couldn't sleep and at the 6 am-ish it started again. we couldnt get enough sleep, so next day didnt went well like i planned. they said it's for problem of boiler so they cant turn it off and cant do nothing bout it. so i think this problem will be solved soon.

No me dieron mi factura, el argumento es que como la pagué al reservar con la app hoteles.com entonces la app debe dármela pero es el único lugar que me ha hecho esto y la app me dice que no dan factura solo recibo y no puedo deducir ahora este gasto por varios días

El hotel está en una zona muy céntrica.

Lo único bueno es que esta en una buena ubicación pero el hotel es de pésima calidad y por el precio que cobran puedes encontrar muchos mejores.

The room was clean & very spacious. Staff were great The supplies were a bit lacking. Had a coffee maker but couldn’t supply filters & no kettle. The beds were great but the couches were old & hard to get out of. Otherwise was a good value for money

Muy limpio y wbien ubicado

Limpiaron a diario, no pude hacer mi check in anticipado como esperaba pero pude dejar mis pertenencias en lo que esperaba, y para la red de wifi debes de ir a la central de abajo al menos en mi habitación el codigo no estaba en su interior.

El personal muy amable en todo momento, el lugar es bonito y comodo. Farmacia y tiendas de conveniencia cercanas. Me quedare de nuevo en futuras ocaciones.

La ubicación es buena, está limpio y es bonito, el personal amable.

The hotel was centrally located which i loved; but when calling the hotel no one ever answered. After 5p there is only one security guard available which wasnt able to answer or help with simple requests

Space was good, firm bed was nice. Everything else was VERY outdated.

La habitación estubo muy bien el unico inconveniente es que la cortina del baño era muy corta y el agua se salia de la regadera

La cama tenía cabellos. Parecía que no habían lavado las sábanas. Muchos cabellos y sucia la sábana. Nos quedamos nadamas xq ya era noche y no encontramos ya otra opción. Marque a la recepción y nunca respondieron para reportar y nos cambiaran la habitación. No volvería
