Except for the staffs, the hotel was just a mediocre one. Booked a suite but was given two smaller rooms because of the water leakage(?). The towels were placed on the sink and there were no place to hang the towels. The water coming out from the shower was very very weak.

my gf and i stayed on penthouse floor. everything was alright at first, but bout 10:30 pm, there was very loud noise like giant stepping on the rooftop and it continued like more than an hour, of course we couldn't sleep and at the 6 am-ish it started again. we couldnt get enough sleep, so next day didnt went well like i planned. they said it's for problem of boiler so they cant turn it off and cant do nothing bout it. so i think this problem will be solved soon.

La habitación estubo muy bien el unico inconveniente es que la cortina del baño era muy corta y el agua se salia de la regadera

La cama tenía cabellos. Parecía que no habían lavado las sábanas. Muchos cabellos y sucia la sábana. Nos quedamos nadamas xq ya era noche y no encontramos ya otra opción. Marque a la recepción y nunca respondieron para reportar y nos cambiaran la habitación. No volvería

No volvería a reservar en este lugar. Previo a realizar la reserva consultamos con el hotel que ofrecieran servicio de estacionamiento y un check out después de las 12 del día, confirmaron que podía ser máximo 15:00hrs. Cuando realizamos el ve Check in no se respeto el check out a las 15:00 y no había estacionamiento disponible (sé justificación diciendo que era sobre disponibilidad), deberían ajustar este apartado en Expedia. Cuando intentamos hablar con la persona “encargada” Olga Hernández fue cero accesible. El baño no funcionaba correctamente, el hotel no esta limpio, lo confirman reseñas previas. Algo rescatable: el personal de seguridad fue amable y servicial en todo momento. Mala experiencia del lugar.

Room needs to be updated. Cleaning was not done for a long period of time, dust and debri accumulated on floor and furniture. Elevator moves extremely slow. Floor by window in living room of penthouse is severely damaged huge risk of fall.

Me gustó mucho el alojamiento en suites parioli, tiene todo muy cerca y accesible, desde el Walmart express, embajada EEUU, hasta los camiones al AIFA, y todo con una sensación de estar en un barrio muy seguro, sin preocupaciones por inseguridad.

The suites were located very conveniently. Check-in and -out was easy and without complications. The room was clean on first sight, but after a closer look to the bed, unfortunately we encountered a lot of stains. The receptionist was so kind to give us a fresh set of sheets, but again, stains. The receptionist made the effort to find a stainless pillowcase, but same result - stains. I think it is time to buy new sheets, for the comfort of your guests. Thank you

Qué lugar! Con ventanería de los 70s que se cuela el aire por todos lados, los muebles de baño desbaratándose, el baño muy muy desagradable lleno de humedades No sé cómo le hacen para rentarlo es nefasto

La habitación estaba sucia. El sofá no es confortable. Está muy aguado y el piso de la habitación se veía maltratado, levantado. El baño ya se ve viejo

En general bien. Pero la limpieza de toallas y sábanas extremamente deficiente.

Limpia la habitación, personal amable y con mucha seguridad. Muy confiable y muy buen ubicada.
