This struck me as a property whoes time had both come and gone. The rm's were huge and AC was plentyful, but our first RM opened onto the st and the street light shined brightly through the window, and the bed felt like a concrete slab. The deco was from the late 80's and the RM a little worse for ware. That said the location was right in the center of town

Hotel limpio pero caro está viejo habitación pequeña

Hotel bueno para pasar una o dos noches cómodas y de descanso. Las instalaciones se ven descuidadas (viejitas) pero el hotel limpió. Los servicios básicos (cama, regadera, aire acondicionado, etc) muy bien.

This is probably the best hotel in Papantla and it has a pool which is nice because it is so hot there. However, it is a little bit run-down. Not as nice as it used to be.

Excelente servicio

Clean hotel with nice views, spacious bathrooms, helpful staff. I would stay here again when visiting Papantla. Which I will. My extended family and friends met us there and the place has huge lounge areas where you can gather, as well as the practical restaurant. I recommend. Not fancy, but pretty enough.

La limpieza del hotel no muy buena había unas chanclas debajo de la cama que eran de otros huéspedes anteriores y estaba muy sucio debajo de las camas

Es un hotel muy viejo nada agradable lo único que está bien es la ubicación Toallas muy viejas en mal estado y es muy incómodo que tengan anuncios de advertencia.Si consideran que se hace mal uso de toallas se debe de proceder sin amenazas

Excelente! Habitación grande, personal muy atento, muy limpio, la alberca es un gran espacio. La zona es inigualable.
