Posisi hotel sangat strategis, ada tempat untuk mengirim koper ke Tokyo, dapat baju tidur, ada mesin cuci dan pengisian air minum di setiap lantai.

It was my 2nd time staying there and it was equally as great as the first one. If you are planning to go to USJ for a full day, I feel that park front is the place to stay. Imagine being tired after walking around USJ all day, you're tired but at least you know that you can retreat to your room a few meters away from the park exit and not have to go several stations away. The rooms are a bit on the old side, but very well maintained and cleanliness has never been an issue. In the lobby there is a connecting door to a Konbini (Lawson, if not mistaken) which makes for a very practical meals option when you don't opt in the breakfast package. It is a bit far from the other tourist attractions of Osaka, but with a dedicated train station this is but a little problem. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Osaka

The mattress needs to be replaced, 2 rooms all have the same mattress condition. All the springs of the mattress hurt the body very much.

Free storage of our luggage before check-in is available. The closest hotel next to USJ. We are so weary and tired and legs almost snapping off after 1 whole day at USJ. We were so glad that the hotel was only a short walking distance away. The room is big and 2 single beds are good enough for us. 2 adults and 2 children. Didn't get to try out the breakfast as the first thing in the morning is USJ and nothing else. There ' s Lawson mart to cater to our quick breakfast onigiri/snacks. After that I managed to get some foot therapy plasters for aching muscles/feet.

Location is excellent, service is good, room is big but the interior and room facility need some improvement.

Super comfortable. Size of room is huge. All the amenities, including pajamas. Feels like home. LAWSON that opens 24hrs at lobby level, and also anytime bags locker. LITERALLY at the front of USJ, and walking distance from Exit of station. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

Awesome!the location is awesome just in front of Universal Studio. thery have family mart inside the hotel. And the room were very spacious.
