공간은 매우 넉넉했지만 그 공간에 침대, 소파, 식탁 외에는 다른 가구가 없고, 옷장 등도 부족한 편입니다. 화장실 청결상태가 나쁘지는 않지만, 시설이 낡고 오래돼서 깨끗해보이지는 않습니다. 밤의 난방이 충분하지 않고, 창의 잠금 장치가 망가져서 베란다 쪽 보안이 좋지 않습니다. 교통이 편하고, 출입을 지문 등록 후 하게 되어 있어 편리하지만 지문 등록 상태가 안되는 경우가 있어서 불편하기도 합니다. 청소를 요구해야 청소만 해주고 타월을 갈아주지만 침구 정리는 해주지 않습니다. 욕실에는 액상 비누만 있습니다. 문이 아직도 열쇠로 되어 있어서 갖고 다니기 불편합니다. 주변 버스 정류장 등 교통이 편하고 팔레르모 중심가에 접근이 편리하여 좋은 식당 등 접근성은 좋지만, 도심 주요 관광지까지는 버스로 30분 정도 거리가 있고 가까이 지하철은 없습니다.

가격대비 최고입니다. 단, 길가소리만 뺀다면..

Habitación oliendo a NAFTALINA, tuvimos que pedir nos cambiaran de habitación, la siguiente habitación olía menos a naftalina, almohadas y cama de mala calidad muy usadas. cortinas cierran mal, la habitación King size apenas cabe en la habitación, no hubo un cobertor en la habitación para cubrirse de frio. NO RECOMIENDO.

Very good location with shops nearby. Apartment is outdated, but the beds are very comfortable. It was clean, although had a strong odor, that didn’t go away for the whole stay. It was hard to find the staff at check in and check out. At check in they take your finger prints that is weird and humiliating. Never experienced this in other hotels in BA.

Las habitaciones necesitan un upgrade urgente. La primera habitación tenía el lavamanos roto, las toallas no tenían buen olor (no olían a ningún detergente), el envase de jabón de baño roto. Al siguiente día nos movieron de habitación

Cleanliness should definitely be improved. When I arrived looks like a layer of dust was on most furniture. A random towel behind the couch was left. Ants on the bed. Key is old school and didn’t feel very secure.

The apartment was bigger than I expected with an equipped kitchen that made it easier to make my own meals if I wanted. The location was perfect! Lots of cafes and restaurants. Felt safe to walk around at night time.

The apartment wasn’t well equipped for cooking even when it was advertised as such. Only one burner worked, cooking utensils were missing and non stick frying pan was completely used to a point of everything cooked stuck to the pan. The front door key was from the 1950s and was very difficult to use. The fingerprint technology to exit and enter from the outside didn’t work well at all. But the cherry on top was when a “cleaner” entered my apartment while I was in the shower. I grabbed a towel, confronted her and while dripping wet she proceeded to get on her translation app to tell me she rang the doorbell. I kept pointing to the door to get her to leave. She didn’t. The conversation continued for 10 minutes while I felt completely victimized and frustrated. I didn’t feel safe after that encounter which was completely shocking to me as I had paid quite a bit for this “luxury” apartment. I travel alone and this is the first time I felt this way at any apartment I’ve rented. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone and would warn single women to be careful if staying here.

The apartment was very nice. Had trouble getting in from the street as we booked last minute and late at night. Thankfully someone came along to enter and we got in. Main complaint was the incredibly rude and sulky 'receptionist' who checked us out. We were made To feel like a nuisance. If it wasn't for her I would have rated five stars. To feel
