Close to center, walkable, convenient to all.

Very clean, easy check in, very affordable, big room, big bed, close to transportation, great dining options, quiet, breakfast option at $11 euro is very affordable.. very personal and friendly staff

The accommodation is very basic but ultra clean and the staff amazingly helpful. The young lady on the desk at check in couldn’t have been more accommodating and actually walked us to the hotel car park. The breakfast was fantastic value for money and plentiful.

The room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the kitchen facilities which meant we had the option to eat in.

Wir waren zufrieden. Gutes Preis/leistungsverhältnis.

Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar (gleich beim Jakomeniplatz) alles recht unkompliziert.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Gebäude alt, Klimaanlage oder Vendilator fehlt! Aber alles sauber und nett! Zentrale Lage super!

Zu viel verrechnet,

I was at Mabene Haus for a professionnal stay and it was situated very close to my destination but also close to the city center (10 minutes by walk). This was very convenient! Furthermore, everything was perfect : property of the room and of the building, kindness of the people, the breakfast (proposed with a supplement). I recommend this hotel without hesitation.

It’s a hospital gone AirBnB. Funny, and effective.

Die Unterkunft riecht stark nach Krankenhaus/ Altersheim. Auch optisch und in Sachen Einrichtung spricht für eine Umnutzung.

Eher Motel als Hotel. Kein wirkliche Rezeptionstheke. Mit merkwürdigen Steckdosen neben den Betten wurden wir irgendwie den Eindruck nicht los, dass die Zimmer noch einen andere Funktion haben könnten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, kurze Wege ins Zentrum, Parkplätze am Wochenende ok da keine Gebühr; die Reinlichkeit könnte definitiv besser sein. Auch der Duschvorhang im Bad/Dusche ist keine gute Idee, das ganze Boden im Bad schwimmt danach....... Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, wir hatten ohne gebucht

Le personnel est très gentil, la chambre était très propre et l’hôtel est bien situé.

Einfache Ausstattung, aber alles in bestem Zustand und gepflegt. Frühstücksbuffet wie im ***Hotel. :-)

Grosse Duche mit WC, Service war sehr gut, Sauberes Zimmer Komfort und grösse des Zimmers ist gut aber die Ausstattung erinnert einem an ein Pflegeheim,

Zentrumsnahe, kleine und gemütliche Unterkunft - passend für Trips nach Graz. Nach dem Umbau (den mir das Haus vorab bekannt gegeben hat und mit dem ich kein Problem hatte) wird es ein ganz nettes Haus für Graz-Besuche sein.

Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes und freundlich geführtes ruhiges Hotel, mit kurzem Fußweg (ca. 15 min.) zur Altstadt. Der Aufenthalt dort ist angenehm, die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und funktional.

Gostamos do hotel, limpo, organizado, tem uma cozinha boa, quarto amplo, banheiro grande só o chuveiro que é ruim. Ficamos a 15 minutos da estação de trem, pertinho do centro e de sipermecado. Fizemos varios passeios em Graz a pé. Tudo muito perto do hotel.
