I called the property early and the staff told me that the hot tub was working properly when I got there. The hot tub was not working properly. It was no hot water so it was a couple degrees higher than a regular swimming pool and I mainly wanted the hot tub My room is right by the exit doors and the hall. I could hear everybody walking up and down the hallway closing and entering throughout the doors so from 6 o’clock in the morning until we checked out, it was a constant hearing people go by the room, shutting their doors and everything and I probably would never stay there again

Best hotel family and I have stayed by far. Clean, spacious, quiet. The room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good

The room and the whole hotel were so clean. Plus we didn’t have to wait in line to check in. The front desk girls were knowledgeable. The pool towels were clean and in good shape. The bathroom in our room was very spacious.

Close to restaurant, rooms are huge and comfortable.

The property would get 5 stars except the rooms are so noisy I had to call the front desk twice and we were woke up countless times because of noise.

The rooms, hot tub, and swimming pool were great. Our bed however were either too soft orjust worn out.

The room was large well laid out with comfortable furniture. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was excellent and cheerful. I would definitely stay there again.

Mattress was a bit soft for my taste and pillows too firm (I bring my own down pillow when traveling!). Typical hotel room with loud AC fan and heavy footsteps from the floor above me at 6 AM ;)
