was turned around abit because of remodeling, otherwise it was very nice.

Parking was absolutely horrible. Not only were there enough spaces to park but the lot was nothing but check holes. The resort needs upgrading.

The casino itself is very nice but the slot machines were old. We would have liked another option for late night food availability

There was only one outlet available to charge our devices. The other outlet was in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Guess it was worth the $77. Although there was a $25 charge that is supposed to be refundable after they receive payment for the room. Breakfast was not included and the only food place on the premises was a deli. The other restaurant was closed for a few days. The hotel was connected to the casino, and was a maze of hallways. Hallways were also very dark. I would not recommend this place for a long stay.

Bathroom had hair stuck to wall and there was a small amount of debris on the floor it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed. No housekeeping services besides the room being turned over.

They were hosting a hockey tournament club so it was full of loud kids running around playing hockey and the hotel. They were unruly in the hot tub and pool. Just a jungle gym while parents drank and gossiped. They should warn other guests not to stay while they are here!

Excellent experience checking in. Quick and efficient. Room was well appointed, CLEAN, and the mattresses were fantastic. 4 pillows per bed. Full amenities in the room including microwaves, refrigerators, and safes. Bathroom is well appointed. Will definitely stay here again and again when making visits to Sault Ste Marie. Strongly recommend!

It had a nice hot tub and pool area. The room was nice.

Very clean rooms and awesome customer service — the front desk staff were fantastic! Loved the hotel and definitely plan to stay again, next time for longer. It was just a short drive into the U.S., not far from the border. Interestingly, hotels on the Canadian side in the Soo were more expensive and didn’t have nearly as many amenities or updates. Great value and experience overall! 5+ stars!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They are in the prcess of doing additions and upgradss to the hotel, but was still very clean and quite.

The whole stay was Excellent! The girls at check-in were so friendly and helpful. The Dream Catcher's restaurant food and staff was superb. The room was very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff was great and helpful in exchanging towels and taking the trash. Can't say enough about our stay.

Everything was wonderful, but the bed was too hard.

We are extremely happy with room remodel. The rooms are very nicely updated and comfortable. This resort is back to one of our very favorite places to stay and play. Love the non smoking casino as well! Well done.
