Atmosphere and casino are nice.

Had a great stay. Loved new rooms. Nice having smart tvs now and great tasting in room coffee

They are currently under construction but it didn't affect our stay

Exciting

Our stay was not a good experience. First turned at sign for entrance searching for lobby finally found around building but had to use aNother road.. no hot water , huge potholes had wheel chair person hard to get inside due to them.would not recommend unless changes are made.

It was a very nice room. All staff was very friendly

East wing limited

The property is remodeling, the room we stayed in was already done. Very nice and clean

Everything was fine until 4:43 am. Workers started making noises in the hall outside the rooms that early in the morning. We knew they were under construction, but really that early? Very unprofessional in my opinion. Our stay was April 2 - April 3.

Everything was excellent except one staff member and we addressed that at the casino. Would go back again

Heating unit did not work. Had to move to a different room. Desk staff rude!

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. They are renovating - the beds are better, so is the TV but the bathroom did not have a shelf or surface beside the sink to leave my toothbrush, brush or toothpaste - it was a just a sink. It was also awkward design because the bathroom door is right next to the main door and if both were open, they block each other. Usually the bathroom door opens into the bathroom to prevent this. A pocket door would be even better. Also there are no hooks or racks to hang your towels close to the shower, the rack is on the opposite wall. Awkward set up.

Water in the sink in the bathroom could not be adjusted, it was cold all the time. Shower water was cold and could not be adjusted to have a hot shower. Room was OK, curtains needed a new hem, wall was scratched where the chairs were.

Would have been nice to know no pool or hot tub for my stay ahead of time. This was extremely upsetting. Of course by the time u find this out its to late to get refund and go to s different hotel.

The front desk was amazing I was going to be late arriving and they were absolutely great

Under construction

They were remodeling and the floor I was on looked haunted. Water in shower never got real hot. But I still enjoyed my time there.

I got to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms which was really nice and the bathroom especially was super nice. However, I don’t think the hotel had set up the smart TVs in the new rooms yet because I couldn’t get anything to work or connect to it. The WiFi signal was also atrocious I could barely even play music on my phone. Other than that it was very clean and the bed was SUPER comfy. I liked the drawers and the closet space as well overall the room itself was great.
