My husband and I are clients of the hotel a cozy, quiet, clean place and above all with a special attention from its employees in the areas such as the room, spacious and clean, the bar a good attention, thank you for making our stay in the Wayak hotel a pleasant experience, I recommend them 10.

Clean and good size room, but next to kitchen, very noisy since very early morning. Discotheque is across the street so is noisy at night too, I guess this particular room is bad located, I stayed just one night but if it was for more I’ll definitely ask for a different room, this room didn’t have a number by the way

Me and my sister stayed at this property for a week, if you are looking for relaxation this is the place, you can enjoy a solo time or with company in the pool area or at the patio. Rooms are good size

Noticed hotel does not have a ramp for handicaps just stairs

Staff will go above and beyond to accommodate you and resolve any issues that arise, breakfast and dinner included are a major plus. Great place to stay on should you need an extended stay during business travel.

Room was quiet, clean, breakfast was amazing & staff were very helpful when needed.

As usual, the staff, hotel, room and food were excellent! The hotel manager, Danielle, welcomed us warmly and made sure our needs were met. The young man who waited onus for dinner remembered that my husband loves a good cup of hot coffee and brought it with dinner. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel!

Terrible experience. The rooms they gave me for $65 a night looked like a rat’s nest. I asked them to refund at least part of my money, and they said Expedia would handle it, basically washing their hands of the situation. Then, just for mentioning it, the manager came out acting rude, confrontational, and disrespectful. Horrible experience! I’m sure there are much better rooms in Managua for $65.

They send me to another hotel for the first night(worst). Not acceptable. Cockroaches in the wayak room. Limit parking space .

Very Nice drink

Very large room with good AC and WIFI. The breakfast was simple but great (choice of local with rice or American with pancakes). The dinner was included and it was superb. Choice of spaghetti Bolognese or fish with salsa and rice (including a soft drink). The location was a 15min taxi ride to city center which costs US$5 (indrive app/ paid in cash only). One negative was the bad communication prior to our arrival. Messaged on hotels.com and directly to their email and no response.
