Booked a superior room with a queen bed but got 2 twin beds. No disposable slippers. Toiletries came in late. WiFi not working. Room was okay nonetheless.

Working in a hospitality industry, somehow I know and I can see those people who do great job. Hence, hotel staffs here executing great service. Kudos to the Front office staff, Cassy and April. They are approachable and attentive. Security guard shows friendliness and housekeeping do great job as well. I'm looking forward to stay here again soon.

The app gave us a very good deal, 2 nights at Superior Room for only 2k 👌 The room was really great 💯 Their staff was accommodating too, especially the guards as we checked in at 9pm, and they looked after our car which was parked outside 😅 I also contacted them through their Facebook page, and the Desk Officers answered my inquiries. I may say that the comfort Oriental Suits provided for us was more than the price we paid. Thanks Traveloka! Oriental Zen Suites is highly recommended ❣.

Clean and it is worth rebooking...

훌륭한 숙박 시설. 쇼핑몰, 기차역, 레스토랑까지 쉽게 접근 가능.

It’s a nice, quiet, clean smaller hotel. The staff was excellent five star. The girl loaned me money for a taxi ride(@ the front desk). The people work in the reception counter and the cleaning man we’re super excellent. I liked the location 25 cent ride to the mall by three wheeled motorcycle. A modern small hotel which was excellent to me I will stay there next time I go to manila.

Accomodation is great. Room service if fast. Small room but very comfy. However, there are some few flaws. But all in all, thumbs up.

1. Room smells like paint/kerosene from construction repainting work they have at the lower floors. Why still rent out rooms? 2. You have to ask staff to reset the CD-R KING wifi routers sometimes every 20 minutes! accommodation without decent wifi.

직원들이 정말 최고예요!!! 정말 친절해요. 방도 너무 예쁘고 편안해요. 남자친구와 저는 첫 주말 숙박을 즐겼고, 다음 주말에 근처에서 치러지는 보드 시험 때문에 다시 오기로 했어요. SM San Lazaro까지 몇 분밖에 걸리지 않아서 접근성도 아주 좋아요.

Staff are very friendly and approachable. The location of the hotel was very advantageous on my part.

Check in was fast, although it was already 6pm when I checked in, the room was clean, but the AC in my room needs to be checked because it's hot in my room 503, and nobody's answering the phone around 10pm, when I tried to report, but still location wise and affordable for the price, but if I'm going to book here with the same condition of the air-con, its a big No no for me.

Location of hotel was convenient for our purpose. However, the aircon unit in my room was not working well and could not get the room cool enough. The room also appeared not the same as the one described in Traveloka page when I booked as I didn't get a city view. Thanks.

The best! I love how they treated my request with urgency. Place is clean and very modern. Perfect for relaxation too.
