호텔주위 식사하고... 다닐곳도 많아서 좋았어요... 캐나다 동부 날씨답게 비도 많이 내렸지만... 좋은 분위기로 지낼 수 있었음

AC is very loud visible dirts on the sofa faced issues with the toilet before the staff comes to fix it the hotel runs out of slippers

We requested joined rooms for my family, but when we arrived, they didn’t have it available or gave the rooms away. If we had known, we would’ve booked another place. Unfortunately the AC was also not working in one of the rooms we ended up in so we got separated further on different floors. Otherwise, it was a great location and clean hotel. Staff was good.

Posizione comoda all’autobus 747 dall’aeroporto e vicino a tutto. Camera e bagno spaziosi , pulito . Climatizzatore rumoroso e scarsa regolazione direzione aria ( ti arriva nel letto ). Colazione alla carta in un ristorante collegato all’hotel , buona scelta , attenzione cappuccino a pagamento ( e’ incluso solo il caffè che ti portano al tavolo ).

Everything was great except for the $7 + tax + tip piece if toast for breakfast.

Veronique at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Our one minor complaint was that we heard light tapping on the wall behind us late on Friday night which kept my wife up for a while. Aside from this minor annoyance, the hotel and rooms were very clean, the breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for getting around downtown Montreal.

This hotel was superb! Nice staff, very helpful and kind, nice facilities, super close from everything (train station, shopping centre, city centre, lots of restaurants)

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones son bonitas y amplias. El restaurante tiene muy mal servicio, es como si no existiera quien lo dirija y entonces los empleados están dispersos y no atienden, ni para asignar mesas, para limpiarlas o para traer la comida o tomar órdenes. Dejan incluso durante mucho tiempo las mesas suscitas, no una sino todas las que se desocupan. El servicio del Front desk es amable pero no ayuda en lo más mínimo, no hicieron nuestro cuarto con todo que salimos desde las 9 am a las 7 pm y en el inter regresamos un par de veces a dejar cosas, reportábamos que no lo habían limpiado aún, nos decían que ya pasarían y al final, a las 7 pm resultó q ya no había personal para limpiarlo

Dirty sheets on pullout sofa. During a power outage there wasn’t any emergency lighting in the common areas or stairwells which should be reviewed asap

If something goes wrong don’t expect management to do anything to help. Water line broke, black dirty water coming out of the faucets and none of the hotel guests were advised of the situation. Wife fell ill and birthday surprise was ruined and hotel gave us “hush up bonus points that doesn’t cover anything.

Great location and friendly staff!

Everything was excellent! Veronica was so nice and helpful with recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to eat at. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back to this hotel. It was perfect for our visit to Montreal!

We had our check in way earlier, accomodating to my service dog. Quiet and beautiful hotel!!!
