Location is very good~ This hotel is new .. facility and room so good~!! Breakfast good too. Room is simple and beautiful. All thing is very clean~~!!! I want to go the hotel again. I recommend to you this hotel.

Overall, it’s one of the great places I’ve stayed in a weekend ( one night only). I’ll definitely book again if needed to be in the area again.They had good complimentary breakfast. Night shift receptionist need to be more accommodating and attentive to guests coming into the entrance.

Purpose of the trip was a one night stay for a concert at NRG. Hotel staff allowed us to check in a little early so that we could change and get ready for the show. Room was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet with no issues. Great stay.

Great location with shops, restaurants, and a gas station nearby. Convenient parking, clean facilities, and a quiet atmosphere made for a comfortable stay. I wasn’t able to extend my stay for an additional night at check-in and was advised to follow up at checkout. Thankfully, the day shift manager was very helpful and able to accommodate my request.

Loved the fact that the room i stayed in had 2 bedrooms. Worked out perfect for people traveling with another person.

Great location and amenities if you need to be close to medical care in downtown Houston—free parking and breakfast. They have a shuttle as well.

Todo muy bien, la cama cómoda, el hotel en buenas condiciones, restaurantes cerca, un Walmart cerca e incluso gasolinería. Lo único malo fue la atención de la persona del turno nocturno, muy grosera y nada amable. En general bien.

Good hotel but needs new carpet.

Pet deposit policy is not stated anywhere when booking. We were charged a non-refundable $100 pet deposit for a 5 lb Yorkie. Will not book here again.

My stay was amazing there was a Starbucks and Walmart right next to the property

Easy to get to. Great sized room and bath. Comfortable clean beds. Friendly, courteous and helpful staff.

Literally ran out of water while showering on second day there. It came back a few minutes later, but it was annoying. Plus, door did not have proper seal on frame so noise came through the opening. It was an average stay otherwise.

Location was convenient and my room was clean with enough towels and bedding. However, the AC in the gym was not working so it was ridiculous to try to work out in it. Also, the reservation clerks were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Not a place I would choose to stay in again.
