해변 전망에 넓고 깨끗한 방상태, 아침식사도 만족하였습니다 시체스 시내까지.걸어가는 시간이 좀 걸리디만 주차를 할 수 있고 조용한 위치를 생각한다면 나쁘지 않았습니다.친절한 직원들에게 감사합니다

Very welcoming us in the evening. Clean enough and quiet. Best location to get to the beach, only walking distance 1minute. 20min walking to restaurants. Great place to stay with my dog and free packing.

시체스 해변 바로 옆에 위치하고 있고, 객실도 넓고 편했습니다. 다만 시설 이 다소 낡은 느낌이 있고, 객실내에 커피포트/차는 없고, 로비에서 24시간 커피/차를 이용할 수 있도록 되어 있습니다.

주차가 무료라 너무 좋았고, 테라스 앞이 바로 바다라 경치도 좋았습니다. 다만 음식점이 걸어가기엔 조금 멀었고, 차를타고 가기엔 주차할곳이 마땅치 않았습니다. 시체스 해변과는 조금 거리가 있음!

바다에서도 가깝고 정원도 예뻐서 좋았습니다. 정원은 이벤트 열기에 딱 좋아보였는데 친구들이랑 작은 파티를 해도 좋을 것 같아요.

The room was a little dark and old-fashioned. I think it needs more lightings. I was stayed a room with ocean view. It was fantastic. Enough value for money. The breakfast was simple and nice. However, its location is a little inconvenient. Because I had to walk 20min to have lunch and dinner. Receptionists are very kind.

Staff is friendly, but my biggest issue with this place is how bad they clean the rooms, dust everywhere floors are dirty , biggest turn off, breakfast is good, pool is awesome,

I can’t comment on the hotel itself as unfortunately we’re were unable to go due to a bereavement. However i would like to say how very kind, helpful and accommodating the staff were when i contacted them at the eleventh hour to say we wouldn’t be checking in. Even though it was made under a non refundable booking they very kindly refunded us and wished us well. I will definitely be booking this hotel again when we are once again able to travel.

This hotel was superb. In every way. They have bicycles thst you can use 3 hours a day free. This really helps going up and down the boardwalk. The staff very friendly and helpful. Everything is beautiful and clean. The breakfast is every extensive. You really have a wide choice. I would go back here in a heartbeat. Ot 1 thing was disappointing. 5***** Hotel from me.

Amamos o hotel, quarto enorme com vistas lindas para o mar e para parte da cidade. Piscina maravilhosa, silencioso, café da manhã bom. Perto do centro, dar para ir caminhando. Praia na frente ótima para banho. Amamos!

Stayed here regularly until 2019. Just back from a few days here and it retains the excellent staff but is really in need of a complete restoration. Parts of the hotel including our room were very tired looking. It reminds me of a hotel that would have been excellent 20!years ago and hasn’t had any improvements since. 2 very petty but really annoying changes since our last visit were that the pool bar no longer sells ice cream or large bottles of water. Our patio door looked as if it had been burst open and could not be closed without slamming. The breakfast is a highlight and recommended. This was not a cheap stay but was very overpriced. Disappointing compared to our last visit in 2019.

Ótimo hotel, tem uma bela piscina, fica de frete para o mar, quartos amplos com duas camas grandes e confortável. O hotel não é muito novo mas está bem conservado. Tem bicicleta e estacionamento grátis, além de disponibilizar toalha de praia e pequeno sobreiro. O café da manhã é bem sortido e os funcionários são bem prestativos. Fica a 15 minutos de caminhada para o centro histórico. Voltaria sim.

The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Checking in and out was easy. When we asked for help booking taxis around Sitges and to the airport they did that for us and they were always on time. They have towels to use at the pool that can be replaced daily with clean ones. The bar is convenient with a selection of soft and alcoholic drinks. The pool atmosphere is relaxed with a quiet place for a massage too. The breakfast was good, a selection of cooked food like eggs,bacon, crepes and also pastry’s, cereals, toast, fresh fruit, Yougurts. Also had a lovely sea view from the room which we didn’t expect. The rooms are clean, lovely air con, big beds, clean bathrooms and spacious balcony. The only thing about the location is that it is about 25mins walk from many of the bars and restaurants and there didn’t seem to be any local shops for water etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and can’t fault the staff at all.

The staff were so helpful and patient and kind. The food was very good for the buffet breakfast and from the restaurant. I recommend the tuna. The staff I interacted with all understood my minimal Spanish and spoke sufficient English for us to easily communicate. During my stay I saw a few very difficult guests come through and the staff helped them and worked with them to the best of their abilities. Parking did fill up one night. The pool was perfect and chairs did fill up at one point, but people were conscientious of each other. Again, I csnt compliment the staff enough. So helpful and kind. Especially those in the breakfast and restaurant were always running and taking care of everything so quickly and well.

L’hôtel est un bon rapport qualité prix, la seule erreur et repproche est que l’accueil m’a confirmé que le pdj n’était pas inclu ds mon prix alors que finalement à la fin du séjour ils se sont rendus cpte que oui. J’ai fait un mail à la responsable de l’établissement resté sans réponse à ce jour.

Très bien et le personnel à l'accueil (Dalida et Roxane) sont parfaites, souriantes et disponibles.

Très bon séjour sans aucune mauvaise surprise. Une grande attention du personnel qui est au petit soin. piscine superbe et a deux pas de la plage . parking hotel gratuit bien appréciable .

Not a great hotel. Lacking care and attention Staff generally disinterested. The check in was good as the daytime receptionist is extremely helpful, which raised the star rating for staff Manager never there and seemed disinterested in customer experience. Poor value for money.
