이름대로 찾아갔더니 간판도 없는 낡은 호텔에 불은 다 꺼져있어서 너무 놀랐음.. 알고보니 호텔이름과 주소는 다른곳으로 되어있어 물어물어 간신히 찾아간 곳은 인테리어 회사.. 담당직원은 퇴근했다며 인테리어 직원이 간신히 방으로 인도했으나,, 인테리어 회사 문닫는 8시 넘어 도착했다면 어땠을지 상상도 하기싫음... 그나마 직원은 친절했으나 나머지가 너무 엉망이라 다 잊게만듬!!!! 적어준 와이파이 비밀번호는 맞지도 않아 이용도 못했으며, 샤워를 하려고 하니 5분가량 씻다보니 뜨거운 물도 안나옴!!!! 드라이기도 없음!! 객실내 전화기도 없고 리셉션도 없으니 물어보거나 요청도 못함(숙박시설을 운영할 준비가 안되어 있음) 다음날 아침일찍 일정잡혀있어 어쩔수없이 말도 못하고 나와야 해서 너무 열받아서 쪽지 남기고 왔으나 사과메일 한통도 없음 정말 내가 가본곳 중 말도안되는 숙박이었음 빨리 벗어나고 싶어하긴 처음이었던 여행지 최악의 풀라

We had a really good stay at the Pula City Centre Apartments. Located only a short walk from centre (approx. 10mins). Bus station is slightly outside of the centre (5min drive but 25 min walk). We got a bus from the airport to Pula Bus Station and then decided to walk to the apartments but it’s a bit of a walk up and down streets. Taxi’s are a bit overpriced but we then realised Uber operates in Pula and so used them instead. Cheaper to get an uber from the airport to the apartments rather than do the bus and then travel from there. The staff at the apartments were all really friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than check-in but were able to leave our luggage safely stored whilst we went out for lunch and explored Pula before check-in. Staff also helpful in communication prior to arrival with information about Pula and local trips. There was a nice selection for breakfast each morning which was included in the price. Our room was clean and spacious (we stayed in the triple room). I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Pula. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

The hotel was an easy walk to the old town so convenient for exploring. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good choice and was replenished throughout the service. The rooms were modern, clean and basic. It was a good stay but I would question the 4* rating.

Der Parkplatz befindet sich ca 50 Meter weiter mit einer Schranke gesichert. Privates gelände wie häufig auf dem Balkan. Zugang durch einen Zahlencode. Be- und entladen vor der Unterkunft möglich! Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein Supermarkt in der Nähe. In die Altstadt (Marktplatz) 10 Min zu Fuß, bis ans Wasser 15-20 Min. In Verbindung mit dem Parkplatz (inklusive!!) echt eine Top Lage. Polizei in der direkten Nachbarschaft 😉 Zimmer etwas klein - vor allem das Bad. Uns haben Ablagemöglichkeiten gefehlt, besonders im Bad. Es gibt nur den Schreibtisch und 2 Nachtschränkchen und natürlich einen Schrank. Für ein paar Tage absolut ok! Wir hatten allerdings auch die kleinste Zimmerkategorie! Frühstück wird angeboten, können dies aber nicht bewerten! Wir waren 3 Nächte vor Ort und können die Unterkunft bei Anreise mit dem Auto wirklich Empfehlen!

A nice modern clean Boutique Hotel

Wir waren für 1 Woche in dieser Unterkunft und sehr enttäuscht. Das einzig wirklich Positive: die Lage +Transfer vom Flughafen! Von der Unterkunft sind das Stadtzentrum und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig gut in 12-20 Minuten erreichbar. Der vorab von der Unterkunft organisierte Transfer (Dauer circa 12 Minuten Fahrt) vom Flughafen lief super und kostete 30 Euro. Sauberkeit: Erster Eindruck war positiv: Unser Zimmer war bei Ankunft sehr sauber. Toilette mit Reinigunssiegel versehen. ABER: Bei der täglichen Zimmerreinigung wurden - zumindest gefühlt- nur die Handtücher gewechselt und die Mülleimer geleert. 1 Mal wurde sichtbar durchgewischt. Die Bettwäsche wurde innerhalb einer Woche kein einziges Mal gewechselt! Wasserflächen auf dem Spiegel blieben die ganze Woche, Krümel auf dem Boden auch. Einrichtung: Positiv: -Elektrische Jalousie zum Verdunkeln des Zimmers -Funktionierende Klima-Anlage Negativ: -Zimmer und auch Bad waren sehr klein, da wir auch einen total überflüssigen und großen Flur zwischen Zimmer und Bad hatten -Keine Mini-Bar -Kein Ganzkörper-Spiegel -ein winziger Schrank mit 1 kleinem Hut-Fach oben und 1 kleinen Fach für Schuhe ganz unten und 2 (!) Bügeln -->wir haben nach mehr Bügeln gefragt, aber man sagte uns, es würde keine geben -->wir haben deshalb die gesamte Woche aus dem Koffer gelebt, was sehr ungemütlich war :( Lautstärke: Der Straßenlärm der Hauptstraße hat uns weniger gestört. Very convenient and modern property. Loved the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable and shower good. The staff were exceptional. Not only were they very helpful and friendly, they organised a transfer from the airport. The hotel is a bit 'no frills' in places, e.g. it was impossible - for me at least - to extract the shampoo/bodywash from the wall dispenser, and the towels were a bit too small... but honestly this is real nit-picking. The plusses overwhelmingly outweigh these tiny details. The hotel is located near all the main attractions. as well as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops, and more ice cream parlours than you can imagine. I would certainly stay here again.
