The Pool was very dirty. The elevators need to be repaired very scary. The shower has some mold need better cleaning or caulk repair.

For the most part, my stay at this hotel was great. Quiet, great breakfast, friendly staff. The only part that was less than optimal was that the A/C unit in my room made the room feel humid and damp. I was mostly just in my room to sleep, but in hindsight I would have been more comfortable if I had asked for a different room.

Grrat for one night stay.

It was a very quaint area and the room was spacious for us and our pups. It is a small town, actually they call Minooka a village.

Easy check-in, friendly staff. Plenty of options for breakfast. Hampton Inn's have been consistent and reliable places to stay.

The water pressure in room 406 the bathroom sink was bad and it would fill up also the outlets by the bed we plug our charger in and it fell right out.

Venlig service - 2/5 stjerner for morgenmaden - den var under middel - selv for USA. Placering er praktisk i forhold til mad og motorvej. Havregrøden og scramble eggs var meget vandet og der var kun engangs bestik, tallerkner, skåle og kopper. Værelset var okay, der var det typiske amerikanske lave vandtryk og den ene elevator var faretruende at køre med. Der gik folk rundt ude foran og røg pot - som man så var tvunget til at indånde. Boblebad og pool så okay ud. Havde glædet mig til fitness, men det var lukket indtil kl 06 - og da jeg prøvede igen 06:15 - var det stadig låst. 2

Comfortable, clean rooms. Wonderful breakfast bar.

My car had a bird “treasure” on it when I was ready to continue my trip the following morning. I asked Sebastian at the head desk for something to clean the spot. He graciously gave me a wet rag which solved my problem.

The only complaint would be the mini fridge in my room had frozen with solid ice.

Every thing was wonderful all very clean. Bed was comfortable. The only problem was that there was a group of children running in the hall that sounded like a herd of buffaloes. Then there was the dog that was also running in the hall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The weather conditions prohibited me from driving home from work. I was able to book the Hampton which was about a 20 minute drive from my work. Instead of taking a risk and driving back home and wasting a sick day for the following day, I decided to stay close to work making my commute much shorter and better the next day.
