위치,서비스,숙소 크기 등 전반적으로 만족하나 침구류가 좀 낡고 깨끗해 보이지 않았습니다. 이 부분만 개선한다면 퍼펙트한 숙소일꺼 같네요.

엘리베이터가 없어서 3층에 오르락 내리락 해야하는 것 말고는 좋았습니다 대신 호스트가 짐은 모두 옮겨줍니가 (날씬한데 넘나 힘쎄요) 열주광장과 종탑 옆에 있어서 다니기 좋은 위치구요, 4층 테라스에 그릇을 비롯한 모든게 구비되어 있는 키친/다이닝공간이 있어요 신식 오븐과 인덕션이 있어서 잘 썼어요~ 추천합니다

위치가 성안이라 다니기 너무 편리했어요 시설도 깨끗해요

친절하고, 위치도 좋음

매우 만족. 객실에서는 조리를 할 수 없지만 주방이 딸린 테라스가 옥상에 있음. 테라스에서는 스플리트뷰는 매우 멋짐. 썬베드가 있는 옥상도 있음. 저녁과 이른 아침 테라스에서 보낸 시간은 무척 낭만적이고 아름다우며 평화로왔음. 크로아티아의 숙소 중 가장 마음에 듬. 구시가지에 있어 모든 유물 유적지가 5분이내에 있음. 대부분의 유럽이 그렇듯 엘리베이터 없는 4층. 차를 가지고 간다면 Obala kneza Domagoja 12, 21000, Split에 주차를 하고 숙소까지 걷기를 추천. 숙소가까이 주차장보다 훨씬 싸며 (1시간 10쿠나, 1일 150쿠나) 숙소와 400미터쯤 떨어져 있지만 가는 길이 예쁜 바닷가길이고 평지라 멀게 느껴지지 않음) 아니면 obala lazareta거리에 주차(50미터 거리에 있지만 비쌈) 가능.

전체 여행 일정 중에서 5성급 호텔보다도 훨씬 만족스러웠어요. 예약하고 나면 오는 방법이랑 여러가지 안내 사항들을 이메일로 보내주는데 사전에 커뮤니케이션이 잘되서 스플리트에 도착해 바로 직원과 컨택할 수 있었습니다. 이 곳으로 숙소 정할때 걱정했던게 주차랑 계단 딱 두가지였는데 직원이 주차 공간 찾는 것도, 짐 올리고 내리는 것도 도와줘서 전혀 문제 없었어요. 스위트룸에서 묵었는데 룸 상태는 사진보다 오히려 실제가 더 깨끗하고 넓었습니다. 샤워부스가 약간 좁긴 하지만 수압도 좋고 온수도 잘 나왔어요. 공용 주방도 매우 잘 되어 있고 발코니의 뷰는 오히려 밖에 나가기 싫을 정도로 훌륭합니다.

Laundry service was convenient. Nice full functioning kitchen with all appliances and supplies. In the heart of old town with plenty of shops restaurants street market and walkable to the bus station.

Centrally located. Bright and cheerful with two amazing roof patios and full shared kitchen. We received a warm welcome upon our arrival. The only complaint was that the hot water wasn’t available when we arrived and, even once it was turned on, was warm rather than hot for our shower. Would recommend staying here for anyone looking to be in the centre of the old town.

A nice quaint place to stay. Thankfully Luka was there to help us with our luggage up the 82 steps to our room. Great location in the old town. Coffee machine in the kitchen by the roof top patio is nice but if you want coffee in your room, bring instant as there is a kettle. Be prepared to awaken to church bells.

Great place to stay in old split city if you like to stay mostly around that area and take boat tours. Close to restaurants, green market, Riva, beaches and many tours. Center of old city and a bit nosiy at night because of the bars nearby. Bed is comfortable and size of room was standard and basic amenities. The terrace was a nice shared space to sit and relax to have coffee in the morning and have an overview of the city. Only little hiccup was that the showerhead fell off but was fixed and resolved within an hour.

Petar reached out via What’s App ahead of our arrival. Luca then met us out front at the our estimated time and gave us a run down of the property as well as a list of restaurant recommendations. Both were excellent in customer service. The room while small, was very clean and met our expectations. The bed was quite comfortable and offered a good night’s sleep. The property is well situated in old town adjacent to Diocletian’s Palace. It was about a ten minute walk to Marjan and the path taking us to the top. Very convenient and close to good dining and drinks. The bar next door is hoping and allows for a night cap before turning in. The property kitchen is very good to have and offers a great coffee machine with all amenities for morning Java included. I would recommend this property.
