We were told there was an indoor pool but was out of order. Brought my bathing suit to soak my body in the pool due to stiffness of my back and was told was not operating. The water looked green. We were told check in was at 200. We got here at 3:45 and had to wait to get our room. We drove almost 3 hours and wanted to get into a room as soon as we got here. The wait wasnt long but still had to wait.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. The breakfast was simple, but served it's purpose. We had an overall great experience. The front desk employee, Kim, was fantastic each time we encountered her. She was very friendly and welcoming. She also gave us suggestions of more places to visit and even looked one up without us asking. Kim was also kind enough to give us a coupon for a free appetizer for dinner.

Fairly new property. Nice, friendly staff.

I needed an iron 45 minutes and 3 irons later I was able to prepare for work the next day. Finally get ready for bed 2 hrs 3 phone calls later not sure if I just passed out or the kids stopped running the hallways. I paid more for a nicer hotel and it was beyond a joke

Good location

On the morning of January 13 housekeeping knocked and I responded, "Occupied". I then left the room for and returned about 7 PM. When I got back to the room it was obvious the room was not made up. Dirty towels we on the floor,trash was not emptied, the coffee service need replenishment and the two queen beds were not made up. I called the desk and was told no one was available to make up the room and asked what we needed. I said what we need is for the room the be made up. I was told all they could do was give me towels. I was not satisfied with that answer and iterated that I was not getting the service and comfort I was paying for. The clerk a ten dollar adjustment on my bill. I said what I wanted was to receive the service I paid for. I was then told there was nothing else they could do and that someone would deliver the towels which was later done. I was very disappointed in the attitude and non responsive nature of the desk clerk's communication. I have stayed in this facility many times but never again.

Kim at the front desk was a gem! She checked us in and out. Attention to detail and pleasant! Took time to talk to 7yr old family member and chose a sticker w her. A great experience at this site!

The property was very elegant looking. They have good breakfast & you can order from a menu. Plenty of parking. I’ve stayed at Marriotts before & bottled water was supplied in your room this one didn’t. I wouldn’t call what they have as a pool, it’s more of an oversized tub for kids to play not for those of us who like to exercise. The workout room is good because hubby didn’t have anything to say about it. The shower head had a bunch of green stuff over most of it. They need to clean it with some CLR, caulking in the shower looks tacky. The staff is very nice, welcoming & make you feel like your staying there is important & you matter. Very convenient to restaurants, mall for shopping for anything practically. I would recommend it.

This hotel was better than a hotel we recently stayed in which was very dim lit which made it dingy looking. This was a very elegant looking hotel. They have great breakfast which we enjoy. You can also order from a menu. They have that you have to pay $3 a day for parking but they say that’s not in affect anymore which we were grateful for the little things. The pool is like an oversized bathtub so I wouldn’t even call that a pool. For kids that just jump in to play maybe but for those of us who use it to exercise sadly disappointing. The only other thing is the caulking looks tacky in the bathroom & the shower head had a ton of green stuff all over it which seems like the cleaning staff hasn’t cleaned it with CLR. It makes you feel like it may be putting something on your body. The other thing as elegant as it is they don’t have bottled lotion like other hotels & I’ve stayed at other Marriott Hotels where they supply you with bottled water free in your room this one didn’t. All in all it was a good stay. Oh pillows I don’t know why so many hotels have such soft pillows, I could use a tad bit firmer. I would stay again because it’s close to the mall, stores & restaurants.
