今回泊まった部屋には、トイレにウォシュレット機能がついておらず、少し残念でした。その他には不満はありません。

It is a brand new hotel located in the heart of Tangsang Business District, this comfortable hotel turned out to be a good choice for a business convention. The room was spacious and comfortably appointed, the reasonable price offered the very high quality offered, the service prompt and attentive. Great! The room has its own washer. The only thing bothered me was the nearby convenient store is not close but it is in walking distance.

This hotel is amazing! Their staff is very nice and helpful, even help me to go train station for switching my train tickets as i need to go back to beijing later. Their restaurant is very nice too, quality of food and service is unexpected good. very nice experience

Good hotel in a safe neighbourhood. Some restaurants and bars at walking distance. Hotel facilities are clean and well maintained.

價格和品質還算超值的

シャングリラというと高級ホテルとしてかなりステータスのあるホテルだと思います。実際、他の都市のシャングリラはどこも超高級ホテルです。 唐山のシャングリラは、シャングリラとしては破格といってもよい値段ですが、内容もそれ相応です。 オープンからそんなに経っていないはずなのに、シャワールームの扉が合わず、閉まらない。換気口の蓋が何故か外れかかっている。などなど、設備の不具合が多発しています。恐らく唐山にはまともな施工業者があまりいないのでしょう。 朝食なども特に特色はなく、中国の地方都市の普通の高級ホテルという感じです。そう思って泊まる分には決して悪いホテルではないですが、シャングリラというブランドに期待して泊まると失望する、そういうホテルです。

Fantastic service, great staff, awesome facilities. Staff went out of their way to make sure my colleagues and I were having a good experience. Food was very good and the staff got to know our favorites and would deliver them as soon as we sat down. Lobby staff was attentive and extremely helpful. The hotel even sent a staff member to the train station to get me a return ticket to Beijing. service above and beyond.
