Don't bring your kids here. What a dump. It was bad enough I booked another hotel for the rest of my vacation and was told I wouldn't get a refund for leaving early. One of the rooms we ended up with, you had to get management any time you wanted to re-enter. The key card reader wasn't working. My TV didn't work. People live in this hotel. It is trashy. I don't know how it is not shut down.

Was a nice room, but it was a kitchenette without a stove. There were no utensils no pots, pans, plates or silverware. Usually, there’s a blow dryer there was none. There was a heavy thunderstorm and it screwed up the pool. They were not able to get the pool straightened out We rented the room for 10 days and left after nine For seven of those days, we had no pool Looks like it was too much stress on a couple of people Not enough personnel to be able to maintain everything

Arrive to the hotel at 7 o’clock and my room was not ready. The lady said it would be another hour so I went and had dinner and walked around and got back at 10:30 and my room is still dirty as you can see in the pictures, then I want to take a shower and the shower curtain was dirty and the towels was dirty. I looked at the bed and the sheets was stained and I ended up sleep. In my clothes night. I told the lady the next morning I would not be staying another night and checked out and was still charged for the night I did not stay.

Smelled like pee. Not sanitary

I thought I would give this place a try, It was my husband mom and pops, myself and my 8lb pup. We had 2 rooms side by side. The first night my mom got bit, but did not think anything of it. the 2nd night she got more than 10 bites so she told the office person that she found bed bugs and they moved her about 4 rooms down from ours, and the next morning had more bites than the room before. They will not give a refund, So I would not recommend anyone staying there. I know we wont ever again.

People living in these like appartments people drinking and smoking on porch all night. Can’t complain bout prices. Few dead bugs in room. They did allow my dog tho.

We had to wait to for someone to come to the desk after we had to call her. We had to wait for they to clean a room. Which was still dirty my white socks were black from walking on the floor

This property should not even be rentable. Filthy rooms smelled of urine and mildew. Mold, grime and disrepair everywhere. The parking lot is not maintained and full of garbage and construction trucks that don't belong there. It looks like the current guests actually live there. Three floors and no direct way to the top floor. The staff is a masked housekeeper that doesn't talk to you and a woman at another location on the phone. Diy Construction going on every floor every room. There's no insulation so you can hear everything. Conversations, the traffic, the holes they drill in the doors and walls. When we checked in they decided to move the room construction to the one next to us and started drilling holes in the wall at 8pm. Stayed there a total of 35 minutes before leaving to stay at a safe property.

They stole my money! Do not recommend I checked in and checked out not even 20 mins later due to the condition of the rooms and the man told me I would get a refund ( which I have him saying on audio and a video recording). I have never received my refund like promised and they are trying to fight the dispute with my bank. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Never again

The management at the Bear Mount Inn and Suites were very friendly and kind. They were happy to provide extra towels or any other necessity when requested. We came during the busy holiday season, and they helped save our trip by providing us a room with an accommodation for our pet as well. It’s not the fanciest hotel, but it has heart.

Dirty bedding no help towns were dirty only one person cleaning, checking people in and laundry

Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful for my trip and was eager to answer any questions I had! Will be back to stay here!

We pulled in and immedaity was discouraged i asked to see a room and saw it def wasent so where i wanted to stay so i canceled and went looking fir another hotel currently awaiting a refund

No breakfast sad under construction looked like for awhile plan nothing special good last minute stay for emergencys

Non-smoking room, however as soon as we opened the door it was all we could smell. All of our belongings in our car now smells like cigarettes. Light above sink wouldn’t work, 1 lamp had no shade and constantly flashed so we couldn’t use it. The room had 1 working light beside the bathroom light. We had no hot water to shower and found a bug crawling in the tub. Contacted the number left of the door for service at 9 AM in which he was very rude. I requested, while we were out for the day, the lights to be fixed and something to be sprayed for the odor. Nobody ever came in the room and if so, nothing was fixed.
