두달 동안 감사했습니다. 다른 호텔과 비교해서 편안했습니다.

두번째인데 여전히 만족합니다. 이번에도 아침식사 만들어주시는 아저씨는 최고입니다. 그분께 긍정의 힘을 배웁니다.

두달전에 건너편 호텔에 묶었는데 거기 보단 좋습니다. 대부분 괜찮은 듯 합니다. 환기만 좀더 잘 되게 개선하면 베스트일듯 합니다. 아침에 밥주시는 아저씨가 정말 일을 사랑하는 듯 해서 아침 식사는 항상 재밌고 활기찹니다. 그래서 아침밥이 더 맛있습니다.

화재경보기 이상감지 현상으로 삑삑 거리는거 해결안된것 빼고는 매일 청소해주시고 수건류 교환 햐주시고 매우 가까운곳에 윌마트도 있어서 아주 좋습니다.

The location was good There were also cooking and cooking tools. It was all kind. But sometimes there were bugs flying around.

20년 넘게 미국 출장을 다니며, 여러 숙박지를 경험했고, 다른지역의 동일 브랜드(staybridge)에도 머물러 보았지만, 이곳이 가장 만족스럽고 쾌적했다.

위치가 좋습니다. 아침은 일주일 이상 먹으니 좀 질립니다. 욕실에 샤워기만 있어 불편합니다. 나머진 비교적 깔끔합니다.

대체적으로 호텔 내부가 많이 깔끔합니다. 괜찮았어요...

Poor management

Asked for a quiet room then gave me a room.. super humid, strange w/ air condition machine next to my pillow.. narrow window with no sunlight… yes it’s quiet though…causing me whole day headache during work… the hotel breakfast is awful.. last time in June I was here WiFi had no internet .. took 8 hours to recover in 2am … using my data plan for evening meeting… this time, front desk gave me internet provider customer service to report and feedback is, the whole resort has no internet… good for your budget hotel

Property/room was clean and well maintained. My family and I met up from several places and spent a weekend at this hotel together reuniting and we had the greatest time by the pool. We appreciate everything the hotel did to make our stay wonderful

Reception here was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was pretty comfy. It was great for a last minute stay between vacation rentals. The area is safe and quiet as well. My kiddos enjoyed the indoor pool and basketball court as well.

My family and I stayed here while visiting family. We def. Enjoyed our stay it was clean, conveniently close to everything. We enjoyed the free breakfast it was good, and the gym and Ofcourse the laundry was free so it was very convenient for our stay. Would stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt gut 15 Autominuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Auf der I35 ist man schnell dort, es sei denn es ist Rushhour. Der Check In war sehr freundlich und ging zügig. Wir durften auch schon 1 Stunde eher in das fertige Zimmer. Das Hotel ist gepflegt und ordentlich. Unser Zimmer hatte ein Bad mit flacher Dusche. Außerdem hatten wir eine kleine Küchenzeile und einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Hier hätte man auch kochen können. Die Einrichtung war gut. Zum Service des Hotels gehört neben dem täglichen Frühstück(für Amerika gut) auch von Montag bis Mittwoch ein Abendessen in Buffetform.(kostenlos) Hier werden Kleinigkeiten angeboten die sehr gut schmecken. Auch Getränke wie Wein , Bier oder Softdrinks gibt es gratis dazu. Ein Speiseplan befindet sich auf dem Zimmer. Waschmaschinen und Trockner gibt es ebenfalls, auch kostenlos. Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhanden, ein Pool lädt zum schwimmen ein. Alles in Allem war das Hotel top, Danke an den Besitzer !

Well maintained property with a really good breakfast

My room had a pubic hair on the shower wall and a long black hair on the face towels over the sink. The room had an old smell to it and I woke up congested each morning of my week long stay. The room was not serviced well daily and items like dishwasher soap were not restocked and surfaces were not cleaned. I could also tell that the pillowcases were not changed as they were wrinkled from the previous day. There were weird stains on furniture and large discolored spots on the carpet leading to the room. The AC seems to only go so low, no matter how cold you set it. The amenities were not explained at check-in so I was not sure what was available and the frequent sirens from the road behind the hotel made resting complicated. The TVs were hard to operate and the remote in the main tv area seem to be on the way out. All in all, for the price, they could do a lot better and I would not consider this a 3 star hotel for the reasons stated above.
