서비스도 좋고, 객실도 좋고, 숙소도 좋았어요.

Ditipu. Tempah untuk 2 bilik dah siap bayar. Bila sampai hotel, hanya 1 bilik sahaja yang ada.

Room good for 4 nights stayed. Water heater, air conditioning, everything well function. Front desk staff also nice and helpful. Surrounding also good. Nearest to restaurants and shops. Everything just fine and worth.

Ada tikus yang besar, gigit semua makanan.

Bilik kurang memuaskan, kotor, room service tidak dibuat.

Hotel is okay for a 1 night stay. WiFi is a bit abysmal. It was not stable. TV only have 1 channel, and the channel doesn't always stays the same Overall, it was just an okay hotel for a quick shower & rest. Make sure to call beforehand after you made your booking. Hotel doesn't have a system so they won't know if you're already book online

Very bad because im book one room for family room but that hotel just give me single room only.then the hotel apologize to me and given another one single room but I must pay for that room.so sad because I have to pay more instead of my real booking.

Tidak disediakan bilik hotel sedangkan tempahan telah di buat.

Tempahan hotel tidak di urus dengan baik. Bilik hotel telah penuh bila hendak daftar masuk sedangkn tempahan sudah di buat. Pihak hotel pindahkan tempahan ke new wave rawang hotel tapi di sana layanan makin teruk. Manager mr ramu meminta bayaran tambahan rm140 untuk 2 bilik sedangkn bayaran telah di jelaskan melalui traveloka. Layanan yg paling teruk. Sistem tempahan yg tidak terurus. Buang masa, buang tenaga dan perkhidmatan yg paling teruk pernah saya jumpa. Kali pertama dan terakhir saya akan berurusan dgn hotel ini atau hotel di bawah syarikat ini.
