The staff , was extremely pleasant and helpful. The night clerk/manager was very helpful with a problem we encountered with the people directly above our room. They had brought in a dog (against the hotel policy). They left the dog in the room alone and it was barking incessantly. The fellow who was working that night took care of the problem and had the dog removed. He was very kind and communicative. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well, However we found the beds to be hard and uncomfortable. Also the pillows are lumpy and not good quality. The sheets felt very rough. The breakfast was mediocre and the breakfast room is way too small to accommodate all the guests. I think this hotel is in need of some physical upgrades.

We stayed 1 night, the room was clean,ac worked well,bathroom was clean,reasonable price,continental breakfast was okay,staff was helpful,quick check in and out. About 30-40 minutes from downtown Montreal. If I go that area, I would stay again,

Il manquait de commodité dans la chambre.

I am not sure I should be writing a review as I actually did not stay the night. The check in lady was not very friendly, I checked in and went to the room to have a look at it, it did not look like the pictures. I had an appointment I needed to get to so i dropped my bag and went. I returned around 930pm and I just had a feeling that the area was not really safe, and I knew if i went to bed (which only had 2 tiny pillows) I would not be able to sleep because of my feeling that it was not safe (I am not saying it wasnt safe but that is the feeling I got). I checked out and went to a hotel near by that I know. The room did look clean tho.

Everything ok, good location

Dirty towel left hanging behind the door. Giant yellow stain on the bed under the covers. This is the bare minimum you can do as a hotel. This is not the standard I expect from Ramada as I’ve stayed in a few around the country. The front desk staff had an attitude. Weird smell in the hallways. Very disappointed in this place. You can find way better at the price they charge.

It’s not a 3 star hotel, it’s a motel.

La propreté de l’endroit laisse à désirer déjeuner difficile avec le peux d’espace pour tout les clients pour ce qui es de la pression dans la douche sa serais à valider car celle ci en avait pratiquement pas comparativement a l’évier de la sale de bain
