직원들이 친절했고, 시설도 좋았고, 쇼핑몰에 붙어 있어서 편리했어요. 다시 방문할 의향이 있습니다.

불면증 환자인 저에게 이 호텔은 정말 숙면을 취할 수 있는 곳입니다. 매트리스도 부드럽고, 침대도 폭신하고, 객실도 넓고 편안하며, 화장실도 깨끗합니다. 재방문 의향이 확실히 있습니다 👍🏻

짧은 여행에 좋은 호텔입니다. 디자인은 오래되었지만 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 각 층마다 다리미가 구비되어 있었습니다.

저는 5월 24일에 트윈룸을 예약하고 퀸사이즈 침대를 요청했지만 대신 2인용 싱글 침대를 받았습니다.

Bilik bersih. Kurang membantu untuk angkat barang semasa sampai.

Hotel memang bersih. Keadaan bilik yang selesa. Untuk Breakfast pula bukan ala carte tetapi order ikut menu yang disediakan. Seorang satu set breakfast.

Saya berpuas hati dengan keluasan bilik dan layanan frontdesk serta restoran. Tidak ada masalah dengan parkir kerana lot yang disediakan banyak. Lokasi strategik, hanya 3 km untuk ke bandar teluk intan. Deretan kedai makan diseberang jalan hotel juga memudahkan tetamu kerana hanya perlu berjalan kaki sahaja ke sana.

Staf melayan kami dengan baik & kesimpulanya kami rasa gembira.

I had a pleasant stay in Hotel Grand Court. The room is spacious. I love how clean the room is. Highly recommended.

The room was awesome but the breakfast just ala carte.

Overall my room so clean and comfortable.Toilet floor need to extra careful because it so slippery.During my stay no buffet breakfast but the ala carte really delicious.Just want to inform that wall near toilet got fungus I think because water from toilet leaking to the wall. Room big .Thank you

Worst hotel ever. Resit tak nak bagi dengan alasan sebab booking online. Penjawat awam jangan book hotel ni. Nanti tak boleh claim. Penat mintak dengan receptionist. Tak pernah ada hotel guna polisi macam ni. Resit satu pun tak nak keluarkan. We as a guest have a right to get a hotel receipt. Management kindly please take note.

Situated in town. Easy to park. Near to foodcourt. Big room. Clean

One not good thing is they don't separate the smoking rooms from the non-smoking room. The first room that we've got was full of cigarette's smell. We lastly changed to another room.

The hotel may be just a stone throw from the town but it doesn't mean that it would get away from the bustling and hustling of busy traffics at night even for small town like Teluk Intan. Worst still, on the upper floor of the hotel rooms is the KTV with the music went on after mid night. It may not be a perfect stay for families travelling with children, as the place is more like adults hanging out with bar/call girls stepping in and out in the lifts and at the basement car park. Limited choices for breakfast though, and don't expect any replenishment after 9 am (presumably the guests who had got up early to avoid the food from running out!). Bed sheets and pillow cases looked dirty with stains and dirts. But service had been prompt to redo the bedding - so far so good.
