They could not find my booking in the system and the family room that I booked earlier had been occupied by other. They offer me another room which is smaller than previous book and the balance of refund used for dine in the cafe. Cafe dine in was terrible. The order was delay for so long and they not doing their check list to confirm whether the food is serve or not. We have to ask and remind few times.

Water pressure low. All TV channel can't watch

I am not really satisfied with the service. No notice for late outing. Main doors locked and we don't know how to go out. The food very tasteless. Not reasonable for breakfast.

Besides the quite-dusty balcony, everything else is great!
