깨끗하고 럭셔리한 객실

마지막밤 층간소음으로 시끄러워하니 바로 방을 하나 더 지원해주셨어요. 다음날까지 신경써주시고 제가 이래서 인도갈때마다 타지산타크루즈안 이용합니다~^^ 그리고 룸서비스 다 맛있습니다 ㅎ

제가 묵었던 숙소중 단연 탑입니다. 역시 Taj입니다.룸 컨디션, 어메니티, 직원 서비스며, 위치까지 퍼펙트합니다. 이제부터 뭄바이 호텔은 무조건 타지 산타크루즈입니다. 특히 국내선 타실경우 위치 정말 죽입니다. 걸어서 5분이면 공항 도착합니다.ㅎ

Excellent hotel, ambience and perfect room. The best time always is in Tikri restaurant. Chef Johny Debre is very courteous and having breakfast with his offering is an experience.

Terrible service staff . No o e to help woth lugagaes at check in All night the next door customer had left food tray and no one cleaned it until 12 noon the next day . The whole corridor was smelly all mor ing untill noon. The front reception staff are all new stude ts who have a basic knowledge of system . It takes the. 30 mins to check in each client. Same during che kout. I chd kend in and the front desk staff said my room was laid and no need for th3 card as per the booking

Was nice to be there. But overalls it was pleasant. Only transport wise not too good accessibility.

広くて静かだったが、ティーバックから蟻がでてきた。 朝食でケチャップを頼んでも来なく、3回くらいお願いした。 まあこれくらいはインドなので許容範囲です。

I love walking to the 24 hour open food court just outside the terminal 1 and enjoying a good selection of street food in a clean setting. The breakfast area is open and grand.

Near to T1 airport. Taj lounge is nice meeting room has airport view. Nice rooms and very helpful staff

We love the Taj hotels. No other can compare.

excellent place to stay

The airport was steps away from terminal T1 which was very convenient. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. We got upgraded to a suite because of the double bed room being close to a smoking zone. The restaurant options and food were also very good. My children loved the hotel and the hotel room and want to come back here. Overall a wonderful stay and I would love to come back here again.

The water stopper for the tub didn’t work for us so were unable to enjoy the bath.

Did not use the Jym, otherwise all over stay was good

朝食が美味しくない

Airport shutte was punctual, breakfast deicious, staff everywhere fantastic. I love this place.

I don’t like the location as too much traffic and when I called Uber, the Uber drivers gets confused and they go to Terminal 1, Mumbai to pick up rather than Taj Santacruz EVEN THOUGH I put pick up location as Taj Santacruz. Also, the WiFi at this Taj is terrible and disconnects every 30 seconds!! I have stayed only at Taj while traveling to Mumbai and have stayed at The Taj palace hotel in Colaba and also at Taj LandsEnd in Bandra and both properties are awesome. I will not stay at Taj Santacruz again ever. Very mediocre experience which I don’t expect from Taj hotels.
