Overall experience is exceptional. The outdoor bathroom and dipping pool have a huge impact on my experience at Lloyd's Inn. Two things that need to be improved are the AC and TV. They're a bit not operating well sometimes, especially the TV, which needs to be replaced ASAP.

In fact we postponed the stay to 9 March, not without going through a lot of trouble, due to being a close contact of covid case. Lloyd staff Voon was handling this case but she did not handled well. Anyway Our stay was the most basic room and we were given #14. The room is basic and generally clean. What I don't like is the toilet/bath which is open air concept however the neighbor bungalow window could easily see us. The shower curtain are inadequately placed, its just stupid. The TV reception is so bad - considering this is heart of town in SG. Breakfast at the nearby cafe kind of redeem Lloyd a tiny bit - the chocolate banana croissant is very nice. But guess I will not return.

The room is lovely unfortunately not at its cleanest state. The face towel that was provided in the room had stains on it. Bath towels were omitted so we called for room service to provide. The housekeeping lady insisted on coming into the room to check that they indeed missed out the bath towels. Overall still a decent experience.

Love the room. The staffs are friendly. The outdoor was very soothing and relax at the pool. Breakfast was Simple but overall. Me and my husband love to come back again.

The staff were very friendly. Stayed at the standard room and it is of decent size. Plenty of food around the area.

Really love the positive vibes about the whole place! The room was clean, spacious and well planned! Special shout out to the front desk for their hospitality👍🏻👍🏻

Easy to find (About a 10 min walk approx) from Somerset MRT. Front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly! Both ladies were amazing! Room looks exactly like it is, clean & very well maintained. Close to food areas & 7-11 (24hrs). Nothing much to ask for all was good! Thank you Lloyd 's Inn!

Booked for birthday stayca. Great location, indoor-outdoor & minimalistic concept. Love the breakfast, nearby amenities. Overrated. Faulty door, cannot lock fully and have to bang the door. Room hygiene and over facilities need to be improved. Bed not so comfy. I could hear other guests' loud laughings and conversation easily. For the price of $222, I would not visit again as the reality misaligned with my expectations. I didn't sleep well at all.

Stayed in the superior terrace room, the room was nicely designed and the staff was nice there. Even though the pool is small but it's nice and good for a dip in the water on a hot afternoon. However, the room had a funky smell to it (sewage/drain) the room wasn’t as clean as expected, thick layers of dust can be found on top of the TV and mirror, long strand of hairs were found on the toilet seat (I'm a guy with short hair). Lastly, the terrace the room came with was an outdoor space that is merely 0.5m (width) x 2m (length), so do not expect space to chill with your friends as you all can probably only queue up there.

The area wasn't well kept. The mini refrigerator is dirty upon check in. The rooms and facilities are not what I expected as they were very small. gimmicky. the room wasn't really soundproof. not really worth the stay for the price can just go 3/4 star hotel that is way cheaper and better experience

The toilet bowl seat was popping out when we checked in the room. Abit inaccessible in the sense need go up super long slope but credits to the staff working there they are very friendly

feels homey, located in a residential area within very close proximity to orchard road, staff were excellent, facility was outstanding

Khách sạn rất sạch và thơm. Tôi được nâng hạng phòng miễn phí. Nhân viên nhiệt tình. Vị trí cũng khá tốt, chỉ có ăn sáng là không ổn, chỉ có 1 phần bánh ngọt và nước cho bữa sáng. Tôi sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.

Kamar bersih, dekat dengan Orchard, harga sesuai.

Lloyd's Inn hotel is very artsy, the room is clean & comfy, the staffs are great, & the pool area is so green & gorgeous. I don't mind a little walking to Killiney Kopitiam to redeem the breakfast voucher from the hotel. It's a nice morning walk along a friendly neighborhood. Keep up the good work!

Great design, clean room, very strategic location, not far from orchard road but still in quiet neighborhood.
