Rooms were very clean. Staff were very professional.

They don't have cookware or wont give you, they only have those american blinds that let a lot of light into the room and the rooms are very cold even in the summer.

Very helpful front desk

Electric outlets didn't work. Bath tube had hair in it. TV remote sticky. Toilet slow to flush. Animals walking up on you even though they was on a leash. Elevators had pet hair in them and pet hair on carts. Had to ask for towels that should've been in them room at check in. No ice machine.

Basic but convenient

I booked on Expedia down in Alabama working and upon checking in I showered and my shower wasn't draining went down and told the front desk didn't do nothing second night I told them my toilet ran all night that something was wrong with it the lady tried to hand me a plunger like I was a plumber I paid for a room with working amenities you will not get that here there's cockroaches there's marijuana smoke throughout the building people selling drugs in the parking lot Expedia tried to contact to get the toilet in the shower fixed they wouldn't answer the phone for Expedia following day I went to work Upon returning to my hotel room after working all day I walk into my room my toilet is in my bathtub my bags are soaked all my stuff is room my medication my blood pressure pills everything just destroyed mind I paid for 12 days in advanced, they proceed to be upset because I want my goods replaced come up to my room I find the manager in my new room openly admitted to going into my bags I have it recorded on video I had to call the police where's your is now an ongoing open investigation on woodsprings and their managers about going into people's belongings stealing stuff I had clearance for a job site I'm on and Amanda the manager and her team felt free to just go through my belongings and doing so I had to report them to the police this place is a risk to your house a danger to your family do not book your stay at woodspring Suites location in Alabama

Well my stay there in the general aspect was pleasant and normal to say the least nothing out of the ordinary really a lot of rules and restrictions on smoking which I thought was decent at least they don't allow smoking in any of the rooms but are lenient enough to let people smoke in the parking lot or in their cars. I've noticed an occasional medicine PD do rounds of surveillance in that particular Hotel parking lot not sure why but you know maybe it's just keep stuff safe who knows but could be information to somebody for God's sake if you don't if you have warrants don't stay there because it's a wrap if you do this the hotel staff Amanda Jackson is a manager who went up and Beyond her duties to make sure her guests or comfortable and safe and having a great experience at her hotel much thanks to her even when the appliances are broken they immediately were assessing the situation by the very next day even though the office was closed due to weather conditions. That was outstanding service going up and Beyond and passed protocol to go and assist my situation. The only downside is the walls are not very insulated for sound so now it's something to consider if you're going to be a guest there they do have a set of hours deemed quiet time late at night till 7:00 in the morning to ensure the comfort of the guest which is really nice They don't serve breakfast although they do offer on site laundry and vending machines that take credit coin dollar and phone NFC payments.

Staff was the absolute BEST!

The property had locked the check in area upon arrival and when someone showed up after twenty minutes I was told they were closed today which was not reflected on the site. Once I was able to check in I was greeted in my room by multiple roaches.

The front desk is nice and helpful. However, the rooms are disgusting.. especially the bathrooms. I had to check out early and find a new place. There was mold and hair in the shower. The bathroom door wouldn’t even close. Maintenance came to fix something in the room while I was out and I was not notified, my things that were on the counter were thrown into the sink and had water dripping all over them because the sink was leaking. It’s a non-smoking hotel, but every floor wreaks of cigarettes. Don’t waste your time.
