이 방은 그렇게 깨끗하지는 않지만 그래도 괜찮아요

방에는 버스가 있었고 쓰레기는 방 밖에 버렸지만 청소부는 쓰레기를 치우는 데 도움을 주지 않았고 방이 너무 시끄러웠습니다.

가격만큼 가치가 있는 호텔. 로비 근처에 다리미가 있습니다.

Door damage and not fixed after complained. Hygiene not taking care well.

Kamar mandi kurang karena airnya agak macet-macet, kamar luas, tidak ada sabun, tidak ada shampoo, tidak ada odol, cuma ada handuk, overall baguslah untuk hotel budget, cari makan tidak susah.

Tidak ada ceret pemasak air, teh n kopi, hanya diberikan aqua gelas dan tidak ada tissue di kamar, hanya ada tissue kamar mandi. Untuk lain-lain nya sudah cukup baik, hotel halal, sarapan pagi lumayan, reception lumayan ramah. Jika ke Hatyai boleh lah menginap disini lagi👍

I booking room 2 nights for 4 persons but they gave me room for 3 persons, finally I must order extra bed but the payment must cash because the credit card machine was broken, it's really a bad day.

so far i love it.. but water in toilet not satisfy.. need improvement.. but love this hotel very suitable with muslim tourist

This was my immediate choose when I arrived there. most of the hotel was full house, but Merlin Grand Hotel still have rooms. The room is okay but breakfast is not enough for everyone. Toilet is clean. However bed is not very comfortable, but still acceptable.

Bed is a little shake as the spring might not be good .. I booked deluxe double but end up received a 2 single bed room ... when confronted the front desk, she said room was full and ask us to combine both single bed ...
