Friendly staff; good south indian breakfast buffet; good activities in the evening for kids and families to be engaged.

The approach road is very bad. No Proper signage to locate the hotel from main road. Reception is like an average lodge. Rooms are not that great. Restaurant take too long to give food when ordered for dinner - as if they never expected people. Breakfast is OK. Invoice not given and when asked they told that it will come through email and nothing happened till now. It looks like, business to too low at Yercadu hotels due to too many options now a days...

To start with the first room that was provided was having some kind of foul smell, which turned me off...!!! But the staff were really nice to switch me to another room. The kitchen staff were really good but the food was awful, stale, no flavor at all, did not look like they had a professional kitchen. The access to the hotel is so bad it will screw up any car with low ground clearance I did continue my stay there because it was just for one night.
