중심부로부터 거리도 꽤 있고 주변이 훵하여 마이너스 요인이긴 했지만 아파트 주변에 펜스로 쳐져있어 안전 주차 가능하고 직원이 매우 친절하여 좋았습니다 객실도 깨끗한 편이고 무엇보다 세탁기가 있어서 유용했습니다

Ihan mukava paikka. Sänky oli melko epämukavan kova ja pussilakanat eivät pysyneet peitoissa koska olivat osittain revenneitä. Muuten ihan ok, edullinen.

The hotel furniture like the bed and sofa were old. The bed creaked and it was uncomfortable to sleep. In addition, the fans were not strong enough to cool down. Otherwise, the hotel was nice.

Clean and cozy, but of course the 4th floor was very hot through the night as there's no AC. However, for the price I'd say the place is very good quality.

An excellent place to stay in Riga whether for work or pleasure. It was centrally located with easy access to m ass transportation and the center. The staff was friendly and helpful and the property was in excellent condition. I was pleased with everything.

This place is an absolute STEAL for the price! Great communication from the staff prior to checking in. The self-check-in option for later arrivals is very easy and convenient. The only downside is the lack of public transit options to the city center close by. The walk to a bus stop isn’t too far, but with weather in the teens, it’s an arduous journey.

Nice place, especially for 3-kids family.

A bit too far for a walk to the centre of the city especially with kids. And very big contrast with neighbourhood buildings. But overall the apartment and service are very good.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings waren sowohl TV- als auch (inbesondere) WLAN-Zugang alles andere als stabil. Hinzu kam, dass unser Zimmer zwar eine gute Lage im Haus hatte mit einem extra Zugang, allerdings waren die Geräusche der anderen Hotelgäste dort umso lauter. Das Apartment im Erdgeschoss ist auf jeden Fall nur zu emfpehlen, wenn einen nicht stört, dass das Bett nur durch ein Fenster zu den im Hof sitzenden Hotelgästen getrennt wird.

Tyvärr fick jag ett rum bredvid ventilation rummet. Kunde inte sova på nätterna på grund av oväsen både i rummet och i korridoren.

Ci volevano sistemare in uno studio ubicato nell interrato ( anche se di aspetto accogliente) con una minuscola finestrella con vista muro. Mia moglie si è rifiutata! Ci hanno sistemato in altro appartamento più grande ma con un costo aggiuntivo di ben 47 euro

The photos being displayed on the hotel.com website is extremely misleading! I thought that I was booking an apartment but ended up with a tiny hotel room with double bed and small microwave! I showed the receptionist the description from my confirmation itinerary which included a kitchenette and was told that a kitchenette meant only a microwave! I had to pay additional $140 to upgrade to tiny studio apartment which was located in a different location. When I got to the new apartment the stove top didn’t work. I don’t feel like I got value for the money that was spent!! I feel like they are deliberately misleading people! Don’t be taken like I was! Make sure to confirm before you book exactly what you are getting!

It's nice that they have 24 hour reception. The place is about 1 km from the old town. There's a gas station for emergency food close by, but there's also a coffee machine in the hotel. We had a "double room with kitchenette" - it was very tight and there's definitely no space to cook so don't be fooled by the word kitchenette. There was a fridge and toaster and some crockery. Maybe opt for a bigger room if you want to make your own food. All in all, no problems
