Great location. Staff were so helpful and cheerful. Great stay,wish it was longer.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Very well appointed room with a comfy bed and good bathroom. Nice bar with lots of space. Breakfast very enjoyable. The only downside was the main evening meal - it wasn’t unpleasant but really wasn’t in keeping with the rest of the hotel. Seemed very ‘processed’ if that makes sense. Certainly won’t stop us returning to the hotel next time we visit Yorkshire

Hotel pretty good, staff friendly, rooms excellent however didn't like having to go to the bar to order food, this is supposed to be a 3/4 star hotel not a corner pub, if I have a criticism unfortunately the food is poor, in marking it out if ten it is no more than a 4.

Our stay was excellent, lovely room plenty of space,great spacious bathroom, excellent all round very nice breakfast

Great overnight stay between business trips

A beautiful hotel, very comfy and very welcoming staff.

Nice town, property pretty good but lacking attention to details. Areas to improve….. 1. Realise who Expedia Gold Members are. Staff member had no knowledge. 2. Bedroom had signs ‘mind your head and steps inside the room. We should have been told. 3. Parking is extremely tight and not suitable for todays larger vehicles. 4. Bar staff checking you in is poor. 5. Poor shower head, one of the smallest we have seen.

Comfortable bed. Shame I was put in an accessible room as the washbasin was ridiculously small & in truth would be totally impractical for anyone in a wheelchair as they wouldn't be able to get their knees under the sink & it would be impossible to even brush their teeth !! The T V was in an absurd position high on the wall directly to the left when lying in bed ,so one would have to twists in the most absurd position to watch TV. Im very fortunate not to be disabled so moved the bed so I could actually watch tv straight in front of me !!!

Accommodation & service at all the Inn Collection hotels is superb.

Loved the fact the dog was very welcome everywhere. Room was new/renovated in the annex at the back - warm, quiet & car was outside. Would’ve liked a coat hook near the bedroom door tho for 1 coat / dog lead Food was great ! Staff very friendly& helpful

Great location to walk to restaurants, shops, and bridge. The property is very nice, but the staff is not well-trained and the food in the restaurant is very poor. The tv in my room did not work and staff made no efforts to fix it. Also, it took the front desk staff three tries to program my room key so that it worked.

This is a lovely hotel in a very picturesque town. Close to station

A great hotel near the town centre of Knareborough. Unfortunately the winter weather wasn't great so we stayed pretty much in the hotel all the time. Nonetheless great cosy environment. attentive staff (although a bit on the slow side), and overall a great place to spend a weekend at. Rooms are clean and comfortable - we'll definitely be back - just in summer !!.
