15 min. walk from Napoli Centrale station. Neighborhood is so so but the hotel property is very good. You can get the most of your money at this hotel.

늦은 시간 체크인을 할 수 있는 숙소가 몇 안되었기에 이곳을 선택하였지만, 객실 상태도 깨끗하고 넓었으며 무엇보다도 조식이 맛있었습니다.

중앙역에서 좀 거리가 있기는 하지만 오히려 밤에 조용히 지낼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 전체적으로 호텔이 깔끔하고 조용해서 쉬기에 좋았고 직원들도 친절해서 잘 쉴 수 있었습니다. 호텔방도 깨끗하고 특히 화장실이 비교적 큰 편이라 사용하기 편했습니다. 또한 조식도 괜찮은 편이라 간단히 아침 식사 먹고 여행 가기 좋았습니다.

나폴리 중앙역에서 걸어가기엔 약간 멀지만, 카프리섬 등으로 들어가는 나폴리 항구랑은 진짜 가까움. 시설은 적극 추천. 조식도 다양하고 맛있음. 동양 관광객 많음.

모든 것이 만족했지만 주차장이 없었어 주차비를 많이 주는게 흠이네요

It was very clean room and very kind and helpful reception. But it can be noisy from outside in the morning, the cars are going to work.

Clean and pleasant hotel and room, well decorated and modern. Air conditioning struggled but we were on the top floor and it was 32 degrees so that might explain it. Staff were great and breakfast very good. Location is good for Ferry and train but area around hotel is run down and dirty and not very nice to walk through at night which is a shame.

The staff arranged a transfer from the airport which was great. There was air-conditioning in the suite and we had a private balcony/patio with sun loungers. Breakfast was a continental breakfast. On check out they also booked a taxi to get us to the cruise port. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Palacio Sagar overnight and got to experience Naples for the first time. While the hotel was located in a not such great looking area, it was with 15-20 min from the airport and walking distance to the center where we could find shops and restaurants, etc. The hotel itself was very clean and had everything that we needed for an overnight stay. We had an early flight back to the US the next day and while their breakfast area was not open at the time, the staff was kind enough to make us a to go bag, which was quite helpful.

Die Lage des Hotels geht nicht besser. Fähren, ÖPNV und Bahnhof fussläufig erreichbar!! Frühstück ist OK !!! Personal sehr zuvorkommend…

Super hotel med et fantastisk personale. Personalet sørgede hurtigt for at vores ønsker til værelset blev imødekommet. Mens vi ventede fik vi serveret vin og snacks på hotellets regning. De efterfølgende dage blev der sat små gaver til os (frisk frugt, kage, vin). Hver dag hilste personalet venligt og spurgte om vi var tilfreds med hotellet. Vi følte os som GÆSTER. Hotellet ligger tæt på metrostation, shopping, den historiske bydel.
