위치는 정말 좋지만, 방은...

객실 발코니에서 보이는 풍경은 아름답고 편안했습니다. 호텔은 쿤다상 마을과 가까워 편리한 위치에 있으며 주변 식당들도 쉽게 이용할 수 있습니다. 다만, 진입로가 다소 협소하여 소형차가 들어오기 어려울 수 있으니 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 감사합니다.

일출을 보기에 정말 아름다운 곳입니다.

정말 최고의 숙소였어요! 발코니 문을 열면 키나발루 산이 가까이서 보이는데, 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 숙소까지 가는 길이 좀 험하긴 했지만, 그 과정도 즐거웠어요. 호텔 직원분들 정말 친절하시고, 다음에 꼭 다시 오고 싶어요. 감사합니다!

화장실 상태를 개선해야 합니다. TV 컨트롤도 없고, 야간에는 프런트에 아무도 없으며, 정수기조차 없습니다.

그곳은 매우 사적인 곳이었습니다. 호텔의 매력적인 외관입니다. 수압이 약간 느리고, 객실 간 방음이 약간 부족합니다.

Terkena fakehope air panas. Sudah ikut instructions yang diikuti. Namun, air panasnya hanya sementara. Dan terpaksa mandi air sejuk juga.

Kentin tiada buka kerusi dalam bilik tiada tv tidak berfungsi

The room was dirty, especially the bed. The wall in the room look old and dusty. I stayed in the VIP room, but honestly look like a hostel. TV system failure, water supply on and off. Not recommended. Don't waste your money for this such place.

Room condition is too old, then room maintenance is not proper, imagine how was it is, when the balcony door suddenly open its self, try to close it up,but is fail. The day we come the door they block using chair. Future please proper the maintenance service.

Tilam kurang memuaskan dawai spring trkeluar.

This hotel has a good view. However, the condition and facilities of the room could be improved. Some parts of the road should have been maintained. Otherwise, this place would be a great place to stay because the view is scenic and the weather is cold.

Best view Mount Kinabalu from this resort, calm place for relaxing but the room needed to improvise and the bathroom need to rebuild new

Foto bilik penginapan crystal hill r yang disediakan tidaklah sama dan sehebat seindah seperti yang ditunjukkan di ruang iklan foto bilik penginapan yang diiklankan. Sangat memalukan dengan keadaan bilik yang dhaif, yang mana towel mandi yang nipis, cadar tidak berganti, tiada wifi sebagaimana yang dijanjikan, lampu yang tidak berfungsi dan bilik yang tidak berkemas.. Tidak setimpal dengan harga yang dikenakan. Kalau wang dikembalikan sudah tentu saya keluar dari penginapan di sini. 1st. And the last here.

cleanliness is poor. the room was not well maintain. towel provided were smelly. Construction nearby was noisy. they do the job on weekend. very disturbing during the stay in here.

Mattress sagging not comfortable to sleep. Towel, blanket, bedsheet & pillow cover dirty also the bathroom wall very dirty. But i'm very satisfied with the staff services & the view was awesome.

Everything is good just the light always blackouts.

The room is so terrible. Dirty toilet + toilet door faulty, rusty water heater, foul smelly pillow. Wouldn't recommend this place to all
