스텝은 친절하십니다. 그런데 저희방은 더블룸 공용욕실이였는데 공용욕실이 간이구조로 옥탑에 문도없이 샤워커튼 두개로만 되어있는 곳이여서 이용하기 좀 무서웠습니다. 방도 창문이 두개인데 한곳은 앞이 막혀있고 한곳은 호텔빨래 말리는곳이라 빛이 안들어요. 들어가는 골목길도 조금 외집니다. 주방은 더러운편입니다. 몇십년전 스페인 집구조를 보고싶으신분은 흥미로우실수도...

The property was MAGESTIC. Tucked away, historic, carefully kept, with a special feel to it that words don’t capture. If I could give the staff 6/5 rating I would!! Hasta pronto!

Einfach eine Mini kleinenkammer mit knarrendem Bett. Alles sehr hellhörig. Klima nur Attrappe statt funktional. Einzig sehr zentral gelegen. Sieht schniggelig aus, aber für den Preis wirklich nicht mehr!

First time at all I booked a Hostel and I won’t make it again. My door bedroom had a gap in the bottom and all outside noise came easily. They say you can turn the AC on, but it was not working and think during the summer! All the building seems to be old. In my opinion, for sure, I spent less than booking a Hotel, but it is not worth!

Very helpful with a late arrival and check in, the Hostal was beautiful and pristine, quiet and cozy, in the cutest part of the old town.

Simple but clean and perfect location

A lovely place to stay. The owner who helped us was kind and helpful. The place was clean and charming, and we were in a prime location - other hotels a few doors down the street were 4x the price or more, but we had this fantastic accommodation for a steal!

Scrupulously clean with excellent water pressure and a comfortable bed. It's quite spartan, but that likely helps with the cleanliness. The location is excellent, very central and walkable.

This place is lovely. Of course the building has a long history but the room is clean. And the hosts are super helpful and responsive

Lieu très charmant en plein cœur des ruelles de la Llotja-Born. Tout à proximité et climatisation dans les chambres. Et pour un prix tout à fait correcte pour Palma. Mon seul bémol, c'est que ma chambre n'avait ni rideaux, ni volets. Et comme souvent dans les hostales espagnols, les murs sont fins comme du papier à cigarette. Prévoir masque et bouchons !

Nous avons aimé le charme de cet établissement. Tout était très propre et la chambre était très spacieuse avec une belle hauteur sous plafond. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la belle ville de Majorque à pied. Le seul point négatif est le manque d'isolation phonique, nos voisins étaient très bruyants et parlaient très fort en rentrant de soirée en pleine nuit.

We did arrive early and were allowed to leave our luggage but it was not secure from other guests. A locked room would have been better as there seemed to be plenty of them. Check in was advertised at 2pm but the room still was not ready. If we had not arrived at 2.10pm then our room still would not have been done as I physically had to ask the cleaner to please hurry up! The room was very basic = bed, ceiling fan, wooden chair, sink, tiny high window and aircon. Only one shower room that we found for around 20 rooms. No other amenities, not even a vending machine for drinks or shared outsude seating area (the entry courtyard would have been ideal). Yes, it was a Hostal but this was as basic as they come. Lovely old building though. For over €100 per night, it was not the best value.
