Excellent service by both front desk and restaurant. Room was clean, larger for the area! Lots of food options right outside the doors!

Loud tic tic tic sound everytime a/c fan drops that woke me up all night long, price-gouging at its worst, rate was doubled because homecoming weekend at Tufts

very clean and quiet stay

The hotel in my opinion was great with excellent service. The cleanliness was excellent as well. This hotel is conveniently located near our preferred restaurants. They were an under 5 minute walk. I was even able to go to the Lifetime Fitness gym. The only inconvenience about the restaurants was that they closed at 10:00pm. The hotel is also a short drive from Boston-Logan airport. This of course depends on traffic.

Every thing was great except for the sound proofing in the bathroom

The total was very clean, didn’t sleep well as a light under bench kept coming on, realized in the morning that it could be turned off completely. But what’s the point in having it if every move you make while sleeping makes it turn on. Could hear people above us walking during the night and the toilet got closed clogged up. Not enough pressure to empty it.

Nice and quiet Place Very clean

Check-in was very quick. The room was very clean and quiet, with all the amenities offered. The area around the hotel is very nice and safe, with all the necessary dining, transportation (buses and trains are a 5-minute walk away), and parking (13 US dollars a day). Highly recommended. The only negative point is the semi-transparent sliding bathroom door.

I really enjoyed my stay at the AC Hotel in North Boston. The hotel was very clean, modern and the rooms very very spacious. I dined at the bar/restaurant and the food was very good. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The access to parking and the T couldn’t be beat. I was in town to attend some events at Tufts and it was a very easy, quick access location from the hotel. Will be staying here in the future.

An overall good stay, but charging the additional $25 per night should be refunded if not used, it shouldn't be a compulsory option. The room was nice, but some of the walls were clearly in need of repair. Travelled from the UK and it's my second stay here, the area is very nice and a nice park nearby too.

Close to new. Validated parking. Good shower. Very comfortable.

When we checked in we were told that we had already paid a $25 destination fee when we booked through hotels.com. It was put on our invoice anyway and a checkout the person at the desk said the original worker didn't work there often and gave me the wrong info. There was also hair in the shower at check-in and we woke up with back pain after sleeping on the too soft mattress.

The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful, it was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful and it is in a good location

This hotel is very conveniently located—just a 10-minute walk to the subway station and not far from the airport either. The downside is that housekeeping is only done every two days, and no fresh towels are provided in between. The cleaning staff were very friendly, but the front desk service was a bit disappointing. There was only one person at the desk, and when we told him we had forgotten our toothbrushes, he said someone would bring them to us, even though he had them right there. We waited for hours and no one came. When I went back to ask again, he finally handed them to me, without a single apology or explanation.
