근처 유료 주차장에 주차하는데 하루에 48쿠나 입니다. 동전으로 다 준비를 해야하는데 쉬운일이 아니더군요. 호스트분이 다른 방법을 설명해줘서 대체방법으로 선택했어요. 호텔즈닷컴에서 명시한 주차료와 현지세와는 달랐습니다. 호텔즈닷컴에서 이 부분은 수정을 해주셨음 합니다. 전체적으로 괜찮은 숙소예요. 올드타운과 도보로 2-3분이고, 요리도 할수 있다는 장점이 좋더군요. 다만 계단이라 짐 나늘때 불편할수 있어요.

The room was perfect for a day in Split! Clean, had everything, beautiful shaded courtyard and right near all the things to do snd see! Highly recommended!

We loved the large courtyard at this hotel, it was shaded and had tables set up to have snacks. Maryanne, the owner, was very helpful. It is a short walk to the main area of the city and the harbour. It was quiet and the rooms were spacious.

Wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful property. Warm welcome by host Marijana. We had a lovely room up a few flights of stairs. Immaculately clean throughout, spacious, great kitchen and lovely balcony overlooking Split and the sea. Thoroughly recommend.

Marajana was fantastic. From arrival to departure. Property was clean, excellent location to old town with restaurants and shopping plentiful.

Comfortable stay in centre of Split, very clean and well looked after property with lovely welcome from Marijana who answered any questions we had. Small courtyard to chill in also, happily return anytime.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautifully clean, spacious and a very pretty courtyard to enjoy the simple breakfast and delicious coffee provided by the hosts. Highly recommend.

This was a gorgeous place to stay and the owner was friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean and provided some light cereal and yoghurt for breakfast. The location was fantastic and very central, while still being exceptionally quiet.

Marijana is a wonderfully warm and kind hostess who goes out of her way to be accommodating. The property is charming and perfectly situated in a convenient location. I would only note two minor points for future guests: the hot water tank is a bit small, so it’s best to allow some time between showers for it to recover. Additionally, while Wi-Fi is provided, the connection was a bit sporadic—though this may have just been specific to our room’s location. Overall, we had a lovely stay. We still highly recommend it for the wonderful service and atmosphere.

Excellent place. Location: Very close to old city, various boat tour start point as it is very close from Matejušk. This is also close from bus station and train station. Caution: while coming from any of these location, try to avoid approach road from old town. The old town roads are made using stone structure, making it difficult to walk if you have bags. Also they could be crowded. Place: from outside, this does not look like the one you may see on the different booking site. However, once you enter from either the main door or from the garden door, view changes. It is exactly the same as shown on the site. Rooms are nice, clean, and decorative. Owner, Mirabella is really nice. She ensured that you are taken care properly. Other suggestion: it possible try to spend either early morning or evening time in the garden porch. It is soothing. For breakfast she provided cereals and milk, not what we wanted. We skipped it.

A close walk to everything! Very comfortable and quiet. Be in shape to walk up the stairs. Plan a fire escape. We were in the room on the top floor with a great view of the harbour. Hostess was exceptional.

I didn’t use the ac or kitchen. The room did have and I used the first fridge I encountered in Croatia. I had to leave early for the airport, but the hostess provided more than enough food to get my early morning going. The room and courtyard were beautiful and a delight. About as perfect as it gets.

The apartment was in a very good location, it had all the necessities, and was comfortable. The owner was very friendly. We had a great time.

Adorable! It’s a little tricky to park and get to with luggage, but it’s great once you’re there!
