Really nice family room. Pool was nice but pretty too cold for our 4 year old. Breakfast was good. Very quiet hotel even though it was fully booked. Staff was nice.

The room was beautiful and cosy! Great for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). The swimming pool and the spa are a great added value to our stay (we didn’t use the gym, maybe next time) However, breakfast can be much better

The property was booked for a wedding, the lobby restaurant was non operational for the evening which we were not advised. The room had a leaking shower and or faucet, puddle of water when we checked in. No telephone sin the room means you must walk to reception for all needs and non functioning tv and internet is weak at best. Not recommended.

WARNING: I was disappointed to find that if you arrive after the reception desk is closed, you won’t be able to access the hotel at all. It seems like the bare minimum expectation would be providing clear, detailed instructions on how to access the hotel after hours. Unfortunately, this was not the case, which made the experience frustrating. Needless to say we have to drive hours back home having no place to stay. Totally unacceptable!
