Good location - if you're headed to Sun Moon Lake/Cingjing Farm/Puli, the Nantou bus station is only half a km away. Quick and easy check-in/out, beds are bigger than usual, toilet and shower area could be cleaner, use of washing machine isn't free. Ok for the price I paid.
