숙소 깨끗하고 너무 따뜻해서 좋았습니다. 기차역 바로 옆인데도 방음이 잘 되는지 조용했어요. (전혀 안시끄러웠어요) 온수 완전 잘 나오고 숙소 따뜻해서 오랜만에 잘 잤습니다. 감사합니다. 강력 추천해요!!!

아구아스 칼리엔테스 지역의 호텔들은 낡은 호텔들이 많아보였지만 이 호텔은 가격이 비싼 편이 아님에도 불구하고 리뉴얼을 해서 그런지 아주 깔끔했습니다. 넷플릭스에 심지어 디즈니플러스도 설치되어있는... 앞에 뷰도 괜찮았고 무료로 레이트 체크아웃 서비스도 받았습니다.

The hotel was very clean, and the accommodations were comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept very well. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and attentive. Since the evenings in Cusco can be quite cold, we informed the staff, and they immediately brought us a portable heater—such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also provides drinking water, complimentary drinks, and small cookies, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco! 😊 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Achamos a hospedagem nível médio. Achei o quarto um pouco apertado e não tão bem conservado o quarto. Chuveiro estava ótimo e a cama também, muito confortável. Café da manhã também gostamos bastante, a TV do quarto tava com a imagem péssima e mal adaptada ao televisor, também a lista de canais no cartão tava gigante, completamente incompatíveis com a disponibilidade real da operadora.

Great stay. Perfectly located between the train station, shops and restaurants. They had complimentary breakfast included. The shower got really hot. We traveled with our two toddlers, had a triple room and we were all comfortable. Check out felt early but they held our bags for us while we waited for our train. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay in AC. Really nice, with very helpful staff. Ideally located. Unfortunately Expedia advertises it as having a river view, but you are actually behind the train tracks. Quiet, nice, and would recommend for family and friends.

They serve a full breakfast and made up to go breakfast for us when we had really early excursions. Very sweet and helpful staff. The rooftop balcony had a nice view of the whole city.

Staff was great! Awesome location. Rooms could use some freshening up and are a little tight. Pretty good breakfast that starts at 5, perfect for early morning Machu Picchu guests.

This hotel is very misleading, it is very small, does not have a restaurant or pool is advertised in the photos. Was not worth the money at all.

Die Suiten sind grosszügig und gut eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist schön. Die Betten gut und das Frühstück sehr gut. Und die kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung ist von großem Vorteil.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and variety at breakfast. Very happy with that. I feel like the photos on the listing of the room and view are much nicer than what it actually is. I loved having the freestanding air conditioner which kept our very tiny room cool and created white noise. Very affordable for what we got. Location is excellent right next to the train station and next to other hotels and restaurants. Very convenient.

Cuando fui a tomar el desayuno no había casi personal y tampoco en el Desk , deberían tener personal para atender a los huéspedes antes cualquier requerimiento. El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad los huevos se habían acabado.

The room was available at noon. Our sheets were a little damp when we first checked in but it was tolerable since we were only there for sleep. The staff was very supportive and provided excellent customer service.

Perfect location, clean room and comfortable bed. Super helpful staff, very nice. They store your luggage for you, even if you have already checked out. Restaurants a few steps away.
