A little disappointed with our stay this time around. It is our third time staying here. We landed in IN to discover an email from the hotel to say that they were placing us at a different hotel for our first night due to an A/C issue. They did cover the expense of our stay in the other hotel, which was nice. We then headed over to the Courtyard the following day. There were amenities missing from my room (lotion/tissues)... and quite frankly the bathroom shower looked like it needed a really good scrube. The walls were covered in gunk. Sadly, it was super noisy during our stay and we didn't get much sleep other. I know that is not the hotel's fault... but i really wish that guests would be mindful of others trying to sleep in the wee hours of the morning. Normally, we really like this hotel... but this stay was a tad disappointing all round.

The Courtyard Marriott in downtown Muncie is beautiful! Great, quiet, clean room with convenient parking. The rates were great. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

Couldn't get room service to clean or get any towels and wash clothes. Asked cleaning people and wouldn't give me none until they cleaned unoccupied rooms. Stayed in a lot of places. Not worth the price. Overall nice but wouldn't recommend.
