Bad service

I love this place! I feel secure. They have yummy breakfast, great room available. Clean! Love the mini dove soaps, shampoo & conditioner. They even provide mouth wash! I though that was perfect. The only downside is breakfast is at 7am. That’s really late when we are needing to play travel ball early games. I wish it was at least 6:30am.

We love the hotel and the staff. There were just a few little things to do with the bathroom, the overhead room light, and the supplying of the breakfast. Nothing big. We will likely come back. We finally got used to the bizarre road changes necessary to get there.

Hot water take more then 30 minutes to come out, the room was no clean and the breakfast was very poor

Check-in was quite interesting. If you tell the front desk when they finally decided to come out from wherever they were at do you have a reservation? Why are they going to question while you’re there and how long will you plan to be there. Out of the three day stay, we decided to have breakfast where the gravy look like water, the sausage patties were actually burnt kind of disheartening for such a high profile property. Now the room it was nice, quiet somewhat, but I think I would have second thoughts about staying at the same property in the future.
