Great for transit or backpackers who just need a place to sleep. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I booked the hotel for the wrong date, but the staff helped me to change it to the day I arrived! The room service is good; you can order via website, and they will send it to your door. They have brochures for Istanbul tour you can see, and they will also book it for you and call you a taxi or whatever you need. This is a very good service!
