정말 아름답고 편안힌 호텔입니다. 재방문하고 싶습니다

숙박시설이 깨끗하고 직원분들이 친절하십니다 날짜가 맞으면 한국어를 잘하는 직원분도 만나실 수 있어요 조식이 기본 뷔페+메뉴에서 선택해서 먹는 방식인데 너무 맛있었어요 조식 꼭 드시길 추천드립니다 벨렝탑 에그타르트집 수도원과 가까워서 도보로 이동 가능하고 교통편도 좋습니다 침구가 좋아 잠도 잘 자고 편안하게 잘 지내다 왔습니다

작은 호텔이지만 깔끔 ! 직원들도 친절하고 또 시내와는 떨어져 있어 조용히 쉬기 딱 좋음 주변에 맛집 있음 바로 앞에 슈퍼, 약국 이용하면 편리함 다시 리스본에 온다면 그 때도 여기 이용할 것임

현대식이 아닌 고풍스러운 숙소여서 처음에는 좀 낯선감이 있었는데 침대/침구가 너무 편안했고 조용하게 휴식을 취하기에 적합했습니다.. 다만 제가 숙박한 당시에는 바로 옆에서 공사가 진행 중이어서 낯에는 소음이 있긴 했습니다. 그리고 바로 앞 벨렘공원이 있어 여유롭게 산책하기 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 중심가로 가려면 30 분 정도 한번에 버스로 이동 해야 했는데 주변이 한적한 곳이라 시내를 나가느라 왔다 갔다 시간을 많이 잡아먹긴 하였어요.. 조식도 나쁘지 않았는데 머물렀던 3일 내내 메뉴가 같아서..조금씩 변화를 주면 더 좋을텐데..하는 생각도 들었습니다^^

Two night stay at studio suite. Since this hotel is quit new, there aren't enough customer review. Hope my review will help others making decisions. Building: Beatiful new architecture with nice accomodation of the remains of classical old building. Interior: Combination of a modern and an antique interior design. Enjoyed a lot! (Lounge, Restaurant, Room and etc) Service: All staffs were professional and ready to help. You won't disappointed at all! Comfortness: Spacious room w/ very comfort beddings. Temperature control works accurately. Shower was amazing w/ strong water flow. Easy to set the water temperature & stable. Breakfast: Well organized with heathy & tasty selections. You can recognize their efforts enough. Very satisfied!! Spa & Pool: Both indoor and outdoor pool are great. Well maintained and very relaxing. Location: Located close to every tourist spots in Belem (within 10min of walking). Also, 15min to Lisboa old town by taxi or 35min by tram/bus. Tram/bus station is very close (1 min by foot). Many attractions between the hotel(belem)& downtown Lisboa along the tram/bus line(major museums, Lx factory, timeout market.. and so on) Please: If you are hesitating just because of its location, please don't. You won't be disappointed or disatisfied because of it's location. Just stay in beautiful calm environment at night and jump into the active and vivid place during daytime is one good way to enjoy your trip.

Second séjour, après une première expérience excellente. Cette fois, l’expérience a été plus décevante. Le premier jour, le petit-déjeuner commandé n’a pas été servi et le buffet était très limité pour un hôtel de ce standing. Les suivants étaient corrects, sans se démarquer. L’accès à la piscine est désormais payant (20 € par personne et par jour), contrairement à notre premier séjour, ce qui a fortement impacté notre satisfaction. En revanche, très bon accueil à la réception et chambre confortable et au calme, malgré une insonorisation perfectible. À tarif équivalent, il existe des hôtels de standing similaire offrant davantage de services dont l’accès piscine, ce qui ne nous incite pas à revenir.

La Habitacion además de espaciosa impecable con toddos los elementos necesarios para un buen descanso, el personal muy amable y conocedor para atender cualquier duda, no nos fue suficiente el tiempo de nuestra estancia para disfrutar totalmente los servicios.

The staff were all profeasional, courteous and helpful! My room was incredible, breakfast was sumptuous and the entire hotel is so elegant!

This hotel was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much bother. Rooms were big, breakfast was delicious and the pool totally relaxing. The decor was lovely, a really great hotel away from the main city and crowds but so easy to get into the tourist areas. Some lovely local restaurants near the hotel - easy to get from airport and easy to get taxi to Sintra. A fantastic mini break. Would recommend and will stay again.
