호텔에서 바다가 내려다보이는 위치도 훌륭했고, 해변은 조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 리셉션 직원들도 친절했습니다. 하지만 호텔은 확실히 낡아 보였습니다. 객실은 매우 넓었지만 오래되어서 들어서는 순간 강한 곰팡이 냄새가 났습니다. 메인 욕실에서도 막힌 하수구 냄새가 심했습니다. 가격 대비 훨씬 더 나은 관리가 이루어졌으면 하는 바람이 있었습니다. 위치와 친절한 직원에도 불구하고 다시는 방문하지 않을 것 같습니다.

리조트는 오래되어 낡아 보이지만 객실은 깨끗했고 에어컨도 잘 작동했습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 아침 식사는 갓 만든 오믈렛을 제외하고는 맛이 없었습니다.

저는 이곳의 경치가 좋아서 몇 번이나 이곳에 왔습니다.

아침에 객실에서 보이는 전망은 훌륭합니다. 객실은 넓습니다. 아침 식사는 다양한 선택이 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다.

엘리베이터에 대한 나쁜 경험이 있습니다. 작동하지 않아서 3층에서 사다리를 사용해야 했습니다. 호텔은 매우 오래되었고 관리되지 않았습니다. 무릎에 문제가 있는 경우 다른 사람에게 추천하지 않을 것입니다. 엘리베이터는 언제든지 고장날 수 있기 때문입니다.

다 좋았지만, TV 채널 선택이 매우 제한적이었습니다.

호텔 위치, 객실, 시설은 보통이고 로터스보다 낫습니다. 하지만 우리는 빈대에 심하게 물렸습니다. 남편의 상체 앞부분과 심하게 물린 자국이 가득했습니다. 온몸이 매우 가려웠습니다! 우리 집에도 빈대를 가져오는 듯합니다.

The resort was good location. And many restaurants they have. The free breakfast is good. The main issue is very difficult to find a taxi grab or transportation to go around this area. Suggested to rent a car and selfdrive is way cheaper than hotel taxi provided 5 minute distance drop and pick up for 80 ringgit, meanwhile car rental is 65 ringgit for 12 hours or 100 ringgit for whole day.

We booked the family room and it comes with 1 Queen size bed and 1 single bed. The room is spacious, comfortable, properly furnished, good view & clean. Beach views for all rooms. 3 mins walk to beach. The beach is nice, very clean and quiet. The swimming pool has a lot of sand which is pretty normal since its just beside the beach but they do clean it daily. Staff was kind and helpful, all of our requests were properly and timely handled. There is a lot of dining options within 5-10 mins drive. Breakfast was average, simple food like bread, nasi lemak, nasi goreng, mee hoon goreng, porridge, noodles, egg stations and fruits which is sufficient for me. Spa was OK. Make reservation early. Cost RM190 for 60 mins for traditional massage.

The exterior hotel was not that in good condition. Especially Outside the room, the aircon compressor worn out and the heat is so hot when walking along the way to our hotel rooms. In the restaurant, most items on the menu was not there. They claimed they don't have all these items. No transport provided if need to go to nearby shops. No night life If want to listen to music. All these I think they can consider putting into it. Thank you.

Breakfirst not good, no variety and no tasty. Toilet got smell and surrouding not like I expected, lift also got smell except beach. Beach makes our family calm and relax.

Good to stay for relaxing mind. Nice place and service.

1)the checking in was so slow. we only got our room at 4.30pm 2) room was dirty and bed was with old covers 3) the breakfast was horrible and not worth of eating it. so we decided to go out for all the days 4) all the restaurant attached to this hotel was horrible service and seriously the chef need to be sacked as the food bad 5) for all the days we were here no towel given at pool and reason was machine break down. even didn't see any cleaners cleaning the pool or the swimming pool 6) Room service was bad and so slow I had to call and even go down to the receptionist which didn't make a difference. 7) overall I won't recommend this place except for the view of the beach but we still can get that at other places. Lotus hotel was way better food and service. Seriously the management of this hotel need to be changed as I feel the training and monitoring was not done properly

My family and I were lucky to get good experience while staying here. We stayed in a deluxe room at the ground floor where we can straight away go to the swimming pool and the beach. The staffs were friendly. For those who want to have a calm and quiet place this is a good one.

Menginap di Tunamaya Beach Spa Resort sangat menyenangkan, pelayanan bagus. Hanya saja fasilitas WiFi mungkin bisa diperbaiki.

Pleasant hotel, since our stay was during RMCO they're very concerned about social distances and take extra precautions. Even though the gym and pool are still close but having a walk on the Long Beach just enough for us. Food was okay, no buffet but we have choices of nasi lemak or American breakfast. Room was large and cosy. Need to improve on housekeeping since we encounter minor incident regarding towels. No fuss about it.

check in was very bad. need to queue almost 1 and half hour. however the view from room was great. room cleanliness was good. breakfast was scanty.

Harga always affordable.Staf yg friendly, ambience yg menenangkan. Dekat dengan pantai so budak2 suka main disana. Pool pun memuaskan. Byk kali pergi sini, 1st time try bbq dia mlm tadi. Surprisingly sgt2 sedap. Will always come back again and recommended this resort for those yang nak stay di desaru.
