this place is exellent the room is bigger than is expected breakfast is good enough (free) i will come here next time i visit Santa Ana

Everyone was nice and friendly

The airport shuttle does not start til after 7 am. I stayed there for shuttle to airport, but then could not use. Plus, breakfast started later on weekends, so unable to get any.

The room and hotel was very nice. We felt really comfortable and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend this hotel.

I’m guessing that this hotel used to be really nice, but it has gone downhill. Nobody serviced our rooms in the six days. We were there until the final day when we asked to please service our rooms I had to empty the trash in my room every other day because it was not empty, and then the trash cans outside near the elevators where I had emptied my trash remained full of the trash, I had emptied the days before, and then the ice machines were not easily accessible because there would be a sign for the area where the ice machine was supposed to be, and I would go there, and the room would be Empty With no ice machine, but I do have to say the beds were extremely comfortable as where the pillows and also maybe increase the water pressure because it was just like a drizzle

On day one, my husband and I noticed a broken window on a car in the parking lot. On day two we arrived late and witnessed two guys on a bike wearing a mask and scoping around the parking lot.

Great place. The only thing was the maid walked in on us without knocking. Lol good thing we were just watching tv

Room was clean upon arrival. Check in and check out was easy with friendly staff. Had no problems

Everything was perfect for us !!

Needs updating badly smelled musty and took forever to get blankets or towels. Also kids running around until all hours up and down the halls looks like alot live there full time. Never clean rooms so i had to call for everything.

PARKING SUCKS!!! Stafe act like you are a bother. Paper thin walls. Wont be back!

Do not stay at this hotel if you have a car, it is impossible to find a place to park hotel staff had cars parked along the fire lanes, which is completely unsafe. There was absolutely no way you could get a fire engine to put out any fires as a older woman traveling at night not finding a place to park was frightening no street parking available as well

A lot of spaces inside the room, good for family to stay

Nice place with friendly staff. Shuttle available to SNA free upon request. No restaurants and/or shops nearby (walking distance) the hotel. A very small Kiosk open until 11pm. After 11pm, the staff told us to go to the next hotel where their small shop stayed open late. Room was clean and cosy. Outdoor pool and gym are open until 10pm I believe. A simple daily breakfasts: pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages and hushed potatoes. And three kinds of cereals. Coffee, tea and soft drinks. It seemed like the place changed the name recently so make sure you tell the shared driver and confirm.

One of the best places l have stayed

We stayed here for 5 days. Our room was never cleaned, everything in our room stayed damp, we had to request towels every other day, they were “out” of washcloths, and breakfast was the same thing every morning with no variety. People did not pick up after their animals. The pool and fire pit were nice.

The experience was good but need to do better with parking spaces
