Amazing rooms and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the staff were incredible. I checked in very late and the receptionist upgraded my room to a suite, which I didn't ask for but just goes to show the high standard of service they provide. The breakfast was excellent with an incredible choice and variety. Thank you will come back.

Everything is excellent. Highly recommended.

This was my 3rd Stay in Voco Riyadh but this time my stay was disappointing. I stayed in the North Tower vs South Tower earlier. The room looked old n claustrophobic ie not suitable for a good stay at all.

Starting from the check in to check out, for the whole 6 nights, I literally had the worst experience ever. the staff lack experience and basic hospitality skills, when I say basic I mean it. I had a confoimred and paid booking for 6 nights with breakfast, howeber the recepionis kept argiun

amazing hotel; lobby, swimming pool, restaurants, reception, breakfast. lovely chocolate bar for free 5pm-7pm everyday!!!! The only two issues was: certain rooms are facing the inside of the hotel (no view at all, no sunlight) & (the AC inside the room was soo noise)

Aangenaam verblijf. Enkel netheid in badkamer kon beter, douche en bad waren niet schimmelvrij. Ook hing er een rookgeur in de kamer bij aankomst.

Location is super, and clean.there was no welcome drink in the reception and no fruits basket in the suite this was very disappointing for me.
