모두 좋았어요. 단 도심에서 많이 떨어져 있었고. 대중교통이 불편

UCD 근처에 위치한 아파트 스타일 콘도. 그래서 객실 청소는 1주일에 한번이지만 식기류 등 음식을 해먹을 수 있는 모든 것이 구비되어 있다. 1~2인실을 잡았는데 방과 거실이 있는 형태. 세탁기와 건조기도 주방에 비치되어 있다. 도심에서는 버스를 타고 이동해야되지만 교통이 불편하지는 않다. 시설이 깨끗하고 가정집 같은 편안함이 있어서 호텔 분위기를 싫어한다면 강추.

The check-in process was not ideal. We were contacted several times to provide our estimated time of arrival, despite communicating that we were driving, making stops along the way and didn't know what our exact timing would be. Check-in was until 8 pm, with the reception desk open from 8 am to 8 pm, so we saw no need to be pressured into a specific time. The room appeared to be updated, but the doors weren't adjusted to the new floor height, so they scraped the floor and didn't open/close correctly. Finally, communication could have been better/regarding the check-out procress.

Great place to stay, situated in a quite area only 10mins from the Dart. Spotlessly clean and lovely staff. Looking forward to staying again.

Although very spacious and in a convenient location for our purposes, this (not) hotel had some inconveniences that made our stay less than desirable. First off, there is no reception here, there is a phone on a counter to gain entry however it was broken. They gave a local number to call the office but failed to provide the appropriate international calling code and area code. Good thing my cell still had power after a long journey, I was able to look up the proper codes to call. Eventually someone then came and took us to the office for keys etc. staff were cool but not offensive and did not apologize for the inconvenience The next day they were painting our stairwell, halls and lobby. The odour was very strong and we were not notified that this was taking place and had a terrible nights sleep as the paint smell was so strong. The property is “tired” today the least, stained carpets, furniture etc, with again no notice that our terrace would be closed due to disrepair. We are not satisfied with the lack of communication regarding these issues and paid a fairly high price for a sub par experience.

Broc House had all amenities we required. I was a little worried about being so close to a hospital but it wasn't noisy at all. About a 10 min walk to DART (maybe 5 mins to various bus stops). Laundry was a bonus as we had been travelling for 3 weeks. Grocery store just a 5 min walk down the road was also convenient. The only negatives were the pillows (super flat and hard) and bathroom in particular could have been a bit cleaner. Overall it was a great stay, super easy check-in/check-out (must give an approx time)

Nice property to stay in. Clean and was nice having laundry access to use.

Nice place for 5 people that met our needs. However the lift was broken. Happy they allowed early check in. Would recommend for others.

It was in need of repairs. Bathrooms leaking, floors coming up.

Very clean, comfortable room. Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice neighborhood to walk in for nearby grocery, restaurant, and transportation. We would definitely stay again!

Nestled near embassy row, Broc House was a find. Comfortable. Safe. Kitchen area, washer, dryer accommodated needs of lengthier stay. Easy walk to bus that was 20 minutes from city center. Tesco within walking distance. Will stay here again when we return to Dublin.

What a great place to stay in a wonderful area. It was clean and the view from the penthouse was amazing. 20 min trip to city center by car or bus. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice apartment in a safe clean part of town. The exterior looks a little shabby but the apartment was new and clean. Very comfortable.

Great location and a great little secret aparthotel

Nice little apartment for 3 nights for 4 people. Quiet and easy access to the city center.

We were welcomed at Broc House by Victor and provided a very clean 1 BR unit. The unit was large and homey with all the ameyou could want. The location was on a safe area but a little far from hot spots and public bus routes.Overall though, we couldn't have been more pleased with Beoc House. We highly recommend.
