전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hampton Inn and Suites New Orleans Canal St French Quarter

Jade and othrer concierges were very nice and helpful doing our stay. The only downside were the elevators are old and not enough bellhop carts for the luggage

The room was decent and met our basic needs. Breakfast on the first day was a highlight — especially the sausages, which were delicious. However, the bed was a bit too firm for my comfort, and I had trouble sleeping. There was also a persistent smell in the room each time we entered, possibly coming from the carpet. That said, the hotel staff were extremely nice and welcoming, which made a big difference in our overall experience. Considering the price we paid, including our ticket package, the stay was definitely worth it.

Walking distance to Bourben Street and other needed amenities. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus and room was clean during check-in. Only cleaned the room once during my stay. Wish they turned out room daily. Two (2) elevators on the property, but only one (1) worked during our stay.

Nous avons sejourné une nuit dans cet hôtel, avec une chambre donnant sur Canal St. L'emplacement est pratique, la chambre correcte bien qu'un peu petite (difficile de mettre les 2 valises au sol). Il existe peut etre des chambres plus grandes que la nôtre. Le petit dejeuner était bon, le café à disposition, appréciable. Néanmoins nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel et pourrions revenir.

Had a nice stay and room!

Not a very family friendly location. Parking was a nightmare, with no convenience access in or out of the garage. Security was too busy talking on the phone to help assist with the off loading area. Not all but some of the front counter associates were more worried about what was on their phone than helping the guests. Rooms were small and definitely not meant for more than 2 guests at a time. Bathroom setup was dated and layout didn't make sense. Overall just a very unpleasant stay.

They were very kind to work with us on where to park our trailer. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable.

My car was parked in a public garage two blocks away. Had to pay as much for the car as the room. New Orleans has really went down hill since my last visit. I complained about the worn out bed, but got no results.

The room was a bit cramped, but clean, comfy, and nice.

We had a great stay. I would stay there again. It was extremely close to the Joy Theater. Room was comfy and clean. Nice fixtures, plenty of outlets for electronic devices.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle and right next to the event building for our visit.

Our stay was pleasant.The staff were exceptionaly friendly and helpful. The room was a little small for the king size bed(which was very comfortable).It was a little tight to get around the left side of the bed.The breakfasts were good.

The hotel was as advertised

All in all it was a good stay.. room was clean Only thing we had a room with a king size bed and the room was very small.. bathroom was so small you could barely fit one person in it. So counter to put things on. To get in the shower you had to try to get beside the toilet to get in which if you are on the heavier side was Difficult..

Love it.

Everything about the property was great.

We only stayed 1night, but we had an excellent experience.
