We checked in to the hotel on 22 December.We were provided a lovely room, which could not be locked. The hotel has a great restaurant, but the complimentary breakfast needs an upgrade with very few options. One point to mention here is that we had booked the hotel in advance and were supposed to pay the full amount during checkout, but we're asked to pay the same day which was a letdown. I would rate the staff service as much better than expected. Overall would recommend it for a short stay.
